Psychosocial and organizational factors in nursing in selected non-governmental bed care institution.

The bachelor thesis "Psychosocial and Organizational Factors in Nursing in Selected Non- Governmental Bed Care Institutions" focuses on how nurses in non-state health care institutions perceive and evaluate the working environment and the conditions in which they provide nursing care. A positive assessment of the work environment has a significant impact on the quality and safety of the care provided. The work has a common structure composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of the psychosocial and organizational factors that affect nursing work. Attention is paid not only to mental and physical burden, but also to organizational factors. The empirical part includes self-examination and presentation of results. The aim was to evaluate the results of our own investigation and to compare it with the results of previously conducted studies in the United States of America, Australia, Denmark and Portugal.
