Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou, návrhom a implementáciou informačného systému pre spoločnosť zaoberajúcu sa vývojom softvéru. Zmyslom tohto informačného systému je slúžiť ako platforma pre manažment a poskytovať štatistiky využívania rôznych digitálnych produktov, ktoré vyžadujú licenčný kľúč na to aby boli aktivované a dostávali aktualizácie. Ďalej bude tento systém generovať licenčné kľúče a autorizovať aktualizačné požiadavky, prichádzajúce z klientskych informačných systémov.

This thesis aims to design an information system for an organization. The information system will provide the organization with a unified place to organize their data about their current development projects. The proposed solution will be integrated with other information systems such as CRM, which was chosen as a ready-made solution to reduce the costs. The thesis is divided into three chapters, the first chapter focuses on the theoretical background, the second chapter focuses on analysis, and in the third chapter, a new information system design is proposed.

This master thesis deals with the implementation of enterprise information system of ERP category in the company METAL STEEL INDUSTRY, spol. s.r.o. In the first part of the thesis is described the basic theoretical knowledge and information for a specific issue. The aim of this work is the detection and identification of critical factors and potential risks associated with the selection, implementation and subsequent operation of the enterprise information system. The output of this work is a time and economic evaluation of the project, creating proposals to reduce risks and create recommendations for the company.

Based on the results of these analyzes, suggests a suitable solution to resolve the current state of the system. Suggested and recommended changes should simplify and speed up processes in the company, as well as ease communication with customers and raise employee awareness of the importance of the security of the information system.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze information system of company IMC Slovakia s.r.o., which is operating on the engineering market. Based on the analysis of the current state of the information system will be proposed changes that will bring greater efficiency in working with the information system and also increase the security of ICT. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part will be described all the theoretical background and used methods of analysis. In the practical part, the analysis of the system will be performed using the above methods, on the basis of which the changes will be proposed.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the ambulatory information system AMBIS and its components in MEDCENTRUM, s.r.o .. On the basis of the analyzes it proposes appropriate measures to improve the current state of the information system. The proposed changes should bring improvements, simplification of the patient ordering system, clarity and reconciliation of ordering processes and increase the overall security of the Information System.

This bachelor thesis focuses on critical factors of a document management system implementation into a chosen company. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first one, theoretical part, focuses on general characteristics of a document management system and its components. Second, analytical part, contains analyses of a current state of the company and its processes and the last, design part, contains suggestions on how to implement chosen document management system into the company.
