The bachelor's thesis is processed on topic „Specification interception and reporting of fixes assests in the selected accounting unit“. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of selected accounting unit and fixed assets. The practical part is focused on a specific community and its established allowance organization, which was passed assets by loan for a management. On the based on analysis of the actual state is prepared proposal of correct records of this assets at founder and allowance organization.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Selected Town

This bachelor thesis is focused on management evaluation of town Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou. We evaluate management of the town with their means in years 2011-2015. In first part, in part theoretic, we learn through professional literature about public administration in Czech Republic. In second part, we focus on analysis of revenues and expenses of the town and we find out how manage with finances of the town. Third part contains appropirate own proposed soulution to improve the management of the town.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a possible way of financing the reconstruction of Charles Square in Třebíč and choosing the optimal variant. The theoretical part summarizes all important concepts related to the theme of the diploma thesis. These include public administration in the Czech Republic, central and local budget systems, selection procedures and funding sources. In the practical part are found the ways of financing the urban investment, both own and foreign. These may include credits and grant titles.

Zhodnocení hospodaření a rozvoje vybrané municipality

This diploma theses deals with the financial management and development of the selected municipality. Specifically, this work was created for the town called Ždánice, located in the South Moravian Region. The aim of the thesis was to find out how the municipality financially managed in 2011-2015 and which development activities were already implemented according to the City Development Program for the period 2016-2024. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the literary research and the work results. In the literary research part the concepts related to the municipality, with the regional development and SWOT analysis are described. In the work results part aspects related to Ždánice city, demographic indicators, indicators of economy, SWOT analysis and fulfilment of development activities with own proposals of development activities are analyzed.

The budget management of the town Nasavrky and the change of majority owner of the landfill on the budget of the town

The bachelor essay deals with the management of the municipality in a particular town, which is Nasavrky, depending on the change of majority owner of the landfill. The essay is divided into two parts. The first part describes the theory about this issue and explains the problem with the operation of the landfill and its sale. Another part is analysis of management of town Nasavrky and of the joint-stock company, which practises the local landfill. The first and the second part is separated by chapter, in which I introduce history of the city and local interesting things. At the end is assessed the influence of the sale of local landfill to the budget and management of the city.

The subject of bachelor thesis is "Financial and Asset Analysis of the Town Hořice v Podkrkonoší." The method analysis financial resources, while analyzing the property of the municipality. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical description of the town Hořice, explanations of key terms and definitions andmethods of financial performance and asset analysis. The second part is practical and focuses on the application of the method of retrospective financial and propertyanalysis on Horice in Podkrkonoší example, setting standards, calculation ofindicators and comparison with the average town of Hořice selected municipalitiesin the Czech Republic, the average of the size group in the CR average of selectedmunicipalities in Hradec Kralove average for the region and size group in the county.
