Evaluation of the Economy of Selected Public Sector Organization

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the economy of a selected public sector organization, which is the Observatory and Planetarium Brno, contributory organization. The first part of the thesis contains objectives and methods of processing. The second part provides the theoretical basis, followed by the third analytical part. This includes basic information about the selected organization, cost-benefit analysis and subsequently modified financial analysis. The next part is devoted to the economic evaluation based on the results of the analyzed analyzes, on the basis of which are presented suggestions and recommendations for improvement the organization's performance.

Analytical part applies the lessons arising from the theoretical to the practical level. In this section there are methods aimed at measuring of the performance of the organization. Suggestions for improvement in long-termed material property economy

This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm Komponenty, a. s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions for the applications of the extended work result to firm use is performed.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Technical Museum in Brno

The bachelor thesis deals with an evaluation of a finance situation of the Technical museum in Brno in the years 2012 - 2014. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge in the area of a non-profit sector, the contributory organization and their sources of funding. In the second part, based on cost-benefit analysis, economic situation of the museum is assessed. The last part of the thesis contains such proposed recommendations, which should lead to increase in funding of the museum.

This thesis solves issues of management with long term material property in the company H&P plast, limited liability Company, which is engaged in the manufacturing plastic products and forms. The first part of thesis contains theoretical basis and total analysis of the company. It is focused on long term material property, its care and maintenance. On the basis of analysis weaknesses are identified in the company. In the second part of thesis solutions are suggested, which is lead to improvement and optimization current situation. Finally proposals are evaluated in economic terms.

The first part of this work summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the topic, the second part focuses on the economic analysis, and the last part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve the economy of the organization.

The diploma thesis deals with the management and the indebtedness of the South Moravian Region in 2010-2016. The theoretical part defines the competence of the region, regional authorities, property of the region, region budget, its incomes and expenditures and indebtedness. The analytical part contains the characteristics of the South Moravian Region and the analysis and evaluation of its economy and indebtedness. The last part includes own proposals for managing the indebtedness of the South Moravian Region in the future.

The master`s thesis deals with the evaluation of the management ZIKOS allowance organization. The aim of this work is the cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis to evaluate the management of the organization and propose recommendations for improvement the management of the organization. On the basis of theoretical knowledge referred to in the first part is the second part focuses on the assessment of economics. The third part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve the management of allowance organizations ZIKOS.
