This thesis deals with the mechanical maintenance of rotating electrical machines. It outlines the basic division of maintenance and its effects on the function and cost efficiency due to the type of maintenance. Main emphasis is placed on individual maintenance steps, which is done on the rotating electrical machines and then to determine their importance in relation to the causes of failures.

Efficiency of social services funding

Diploma thesis deal with effectiveness of social service's funding. Its aim is to describe and to evaluate the system of social service's funding. Thesis focuses on two providers of subsidies - Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and regions. In theoretical part describes the method for allocating funds between social services. It is based largely on publicly available documents of regions and MLSA. In the practical part presentation development of social service's expenditures between 2007 - 2013. Diploma thesis subjects social service's expenditure to analysis based on 4E criteria. Fulfilling the criteria of effectiveness is examine by using the correlations method. On selection social services also apply the method of multi-criteria decision. To set criteria, indicators and their weights co-operate professionals from the relevant department of the Regional Authority. Thesis includes several theoretical concepts, on which basis are outlined possibilities of change in the way of social service's funding. This thesis also deal with legislative change that occurred during its processing. It describes also a new method for allocation of public resources between social services.

The thesis deals with performance audit theory and practise. Performance audit consists in evaluating of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. It checks inputs, how they are used and if the intended target is achieved. The main goal of the thesis is to use the theoretical knowledge and do the performance audit of chosen entity. The partial goal is to find out how the performance audit works in reality especially in the Czech Republic.

The term of managerial accounting is referred to the total set of information. This accounting is mainly designed for internal users and is confidential, the high accuracy and reliability is the main purpose of managerial accounting. Managerial accounting is not regulated by the state, but is connected with financial accounting, which is state-controlled and because managerial accounting has also some regulation. The basic task of management accounting is to provide the necessary information for the decision of business managers. It consists of a series of tasks that are interconnected and linked to each other, these are the tasks of identifying the actual events and information, control events and processing output information. Among the most important tools of management accounting belong budgeting, which is used to build future values to be achieved and calculations. Calculations are compiled for individual products, and according to calculations to determine the minimum price of the product, which should cover the cost of production.

Problematika zadávání veřejných zakázek malého rozsahu

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zadávání veřejných zakázek malého rozsahu a to se zaměřením na problémy, se kterými se musí potýkat zadavatelé 42. mechanizovaného praporu při zadávání veřejných zakázek malého rozsahu prostřednictvím elektronického tržiště Tendermarket a s problémy, které jsou spojeny s výběrem vhodného dodavatele. V teoretické části se seznámíme s pojmem veřejná zakázka malého rozsahu, jejím členěním a zmapujeme právní předpisy a nejdůležitější interní normativní akty (dále jen INA), které zkoumanou problematiku upravují v resortu MO ČR. Analytická část bude zaměřená na samotné problémy, se kterými se zadavatelé potýkají při zadávání a vyhodnocování veřejných zakázek malého rozsahu. Na jedné zakázce malého rozsahu bude vysvětlen postup zadávání zakázky v elektronickém tržišti Tendermarket. Následně budou vyhodnoceny problémy či nedostatky, které při tomto zadávání a vyhodnocení vznikly.
