Survey of the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation projects

The bachelor thesis deals with the survey of the selected site in accordance with the valid methodology of comprehensive land management. The survey was carried out in the cadastral area of Mojné, Český Krumlov district. The first part contains a literature search, in which the field of land consolidation is introduced. The second part deals with the selection of the cadastral area and the presentation of the documents and materials obtained, including the characteristics of the natural conditions, the description of the area and its eco-nomic use. The results include an evaluation of the detailed field survey, focusing mainly on the transport system, soil protection, water conditions, nature and land-scape. It also includes graphical representations and possible recommendations for the subsequent design of the land consolidation.

This bachelor thesis is focused on executing a survey of a chosen area as a base for a land consolidation. The literary research talks about basic terminology of the subject. Not only the definition of land consolidation but also its goals, forms, areas and the proceedings are described there. It is also covering the information concerning the characteristics of natural conditions, landscape description and a plan for common facilities. Next part of the thesis names the methods used to carry out the land survey. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the survey of the chosen territory according the current methodology of complex land consolidations. The registered area of Veselá u Častrova was processed in this survey. Recorded are results of evaluation of natural conditions, agricultural use of the land and detailed terrain survey. Selected parts are extended by suggested measures needed to take to improve the workings and usage of the land.

Splash dams in the Krkonoše (Giant) Mountains - the past and the present

The idea of renovation of former small water reservoirs (splash dams) that were used while log driving is coming to the fore in connection with an effort to gradually increase water retention capacity and to reduce runoff variability in headstream areas. On the basis of study of historical sources and literature and own field research this bachelor's thesis describes causes of origin and period of origin of the Giant Mountain's splash dams and deals with the function and the location of the splash dams in the field. The thesis also focuses on their current state. A total of 22 Giant Mountain's splash dams built mainly in the second half of the 16th century were traced. Half of them were accurately located, the rest of the splash dams were located with an accuracy of watercourses. In the thesis there are 6 diverse localities described in detail, selected from the accurately located splash dams e.g. on the base of degree of the splash dam's preservation or degree of the anthropogenic influence on the watercourse. Processing of survey works in the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation project

The bachelor thesis is devoted to processing research work in the cadastral area Přídolí. The work is managed in accordance with the valid methodology. The first part of thesis contains the literature review that approaches the topic of landscaping in general. The second part is devoted to content survey work, its solutions and evaluation. The third part deals with methodology and the last practical part solves reconnaissance itself and evaluate collected data for selected cadastral area. Using field survey were collected data and subsequently were evaluated analysis that are contained in the thesis. There is specified territory, its natural conditions and economic utilization. Practically is described and evaluated transportation system, soil preservation, relation water and the landscape and its protection. Work is a suitable ground for a complex land modification in the cadastral area Přídolí.

Implementation of a business plan - project

The thesis deals with the processing of the project business plan concerning the establishment of a new enterprise for breeding nutria and their butchery, with the primary economic focus of meat sales. The theoretical bases of creation of a business plan is based on the literature search. It defines the structure of the individual parts of a business plan, describes the analysis of the market, breeding the nutrias, economic evaluation of the company, financing the work with risk, and other areas necessary for the successful creation of a business plan.
A business plan for starting a business in the village of Všechlapy, Nymburk, is drafted in the practical part of the thesis. It considers entering the meat market in the Czech Republic, with the offer of nutria meat. The external business environment is analyzed, as well as the competitive landscape, and market research is conducted. Furthermore, a risk analysis is conducted, followed by the creation and implementation of the financial plan. The results are used to decide on the implementation of the business plan.
