Evolution algorithms for ultrasound perfusion analysis
Hemzalová, Zuzana ; Odstrčilík, Jan (referee) ; Mézl, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the principles of ultrasonic perfusion analysis and methods for determining perfusion parameters. It examines Evolutionary algorithms and their ability to optimize the approximation of dilution curves from ultrasond tissue scannig. It compares the optimization performance of three evolutionary algorithms. Continuous genetic algorithm GA, algorithm SOMA and PSO. Methods are evaluated on simulated and clinical data.
Comparison of selected hemodynamic parameters and body surface temperature between athletes and normal population after exercise
Remenárová, Veronika ; Forýtková, Lenka (referee) ; Vlk, Daniel (advisor)
The thesis deals with monitoring of hemodynamic parameters, body surface temperature of population and changes in these physical parameters caused by physical exercise. This thesis includes literary research from mentioned area, focusing mainly on pulse, blood pressure, blood flow, its velocity and body surface temperature, in meaning of their resting values, methods of measurement and their changes caused by exercise. Twenty women, 10 sportswomen and 10 women from normal population will undergo two types of exercise test to monitor changes in chosen hemodynamic parameters and to compare different groups of women. This part is followed by quantitative and statistical analysis of the measured data.
