The bachelor thesis solves a heating and a hot water preparation in an office building with a flat. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, computing and project. The theoretical part is dedicated to radiators and their armatures. The computing part consists of heating losses calculations, sizing the heating system and design of two options of heat source with comparing investment costs. The project includes a technical report and a drawing documentation.

The calculation part includes the design of heating using heaters and underfloor heating, dimensioning of the heating system, design of hot water preparation, design of forced ventilation, design of heat source and its security devices. The heat source is made from two suspended gas condensing boilers, water heating is stacked by help of an indirect heating stationary hot water storage tank, for forced ventilation is designed an air-conditioning unit with heat recovery and a water heater. The project part contains a technical report and project documentation.
