A Proposal and Optimization of Cutting Conditions for Turning of a Cemented Workpiece
Heiserová, Sofia ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
This final thesis is aimed at optimalisation of hard turning process of cemented workpiece. First part is focused on the study of factors of hard turning. In the second part the work deals with the proposal and conduction of experiments of new cutting parameters in chosen factory. The durability of cutting edges is monitored. This monitoring is based on the evolution of roughness of machined workpieces. Based on the data evaluation, the best cutting edge is selected and used for final optimalisation experiments. Production cost of operational section is calculated for each alternative of cutting parameters in the third part of the thesis. Possible savings were calculated based on the number of machined pieces per year for the cutting edge that was found to have the best results.
Optimisation of Selected Technological Processes in the Production of Bearing Components
Otoupalík, Jan ; Čep, Robert (referee) ; Sadílek, Marek (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The dissertation is focused on the optimization of technological processes in the production of the outer bearing ring. The first part of the research was focused on the latest trends in the production of bearings. In the experimental part the technological processes of production were analyzed from the choice of the semi-finished product to the optimization of finishing technologies for machining the outer diameter of the bearing ring.
Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Production of Cylinder Component of Hydraulic System
Jantač, Marek ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of the paper was to proposed new manufacturing technology. In the beginning, the diploma thesis deals with the technological aspects of manufacturing hydraulic valve. Subsequently is described the usage of manufacturing technology. The existing production process is analysed in detail. Better efficiency was achieved by using hard turning instead grinding technology. Economic evaluation is described in the end of thesis, where is efficiency of hard turning technology supported by calculations.
