Title: Most common injuries of the musculoskeletal system among children of elementary school age who engage in gymnastic aerobics, artistic or rhythmic gymnastics at an elite level. Objectives: Ascertain the occurrence of problems of the musculoskeletal system in the form of a painful conditions and injuries among girls of elementary school age who engage in gymnastic sports at an elite level. Which part of the musculoskeletal system were most prone to injury and if and to what extent does the development of pain or the occurrence of an injury effect the performance level of the gymnasts was also constituent of the objectives as well as how is the started issue addressed from the aspect of physical therapy. Methods: For the obtainment of data the combination of quality and quantity research was employed, in the form of a structured interview and a questionnaire. The collection of data was devised retrospectively. The research population comprised of 58 girls (average age 13,5 years) who engage in gymnastic sports at an elite level. Results: A problem with the musculoskeletal system occurred with 98 % of gymnasts during the time of their elementary age. The impact of the intervention program on flexibility in school youth

Title: The impact of the intervention program on flexibility in school youth Objectives: The aim of this study is to assess the impact of the intervention program on flexibility carried out at 2 separate groups of female youngsters of 7th grade of elementary school. The Intervention program was identical to the evaluation test battery consisting of 6 motor tests, 4 standardized and 2 non-standardized. For standardized test we compared the results to the results of general population. Methods: In order to obtain data on the level of joint mobility of the test group, motor tests focused on the diagnosis of flexibility were used. The first measuring took place in January, the second after 5 months in June. Two groups of 7th grade girls were tested. One of the groups consisted of girls with studying focus in the musical art the second group had no specific studying focus. Six motor tests were used: Lasegue test, Thomayer test, shoulder girdle muscle test, Zitek test, gymnastics split and bridge. The check on levels of sports gymnastics motoric skills at basic schools in České Budejovice\\

The aim of my thesis was to check the level of motional facilities from the artistic gymnastic at Grammar Schools in České Budějovice, The main part of this work is the analytic part, which determines the conception "gym" and describes the substitution in the physical education. The main way of working I prefered was the temporary time nest-egg. There is the most important and alarming result that according to the methods mentioned above, the pupils often reach average or below the positive motivative and attractive at all examinated schools.
