Bachelor thesis seeks the interspace between artifact and installation and the works of artists and "architect of the exhibition" in order to question the role of authorship of a work of art and to argue over the value of artwork. It uses collage approach to combine gallery space, arrangement and artifacts. The thesis refers to modern and archival turn in contemporary art.

This bachelor's thesis will focuses on installation art and its relation to space and spectators. The work will describes the development and strategies used for intensifying the meaning, perception and emotion. Spacial design and installation art as didactic techniques in education. Realization of a spatial installation working with the theme of space, size, time and feeling. In the theoretical part, I gradually mapped the artists of modern art from the middle of the 19th century to the 20th century and examined the medium of installation in relation to space in general, gallery and non-gallery space and in relation to the viewer. I tried to find out how the size and method of installation, the relationship, meaning and intensity of the work change. I also studied the development of techniques and strategies in the field of installation and video installation with an emphasis on current trends. In the practical part, I created an author-didactic teaching article in the form of video art, which, outside its historical-artistic context, works with the theme of dimension, time and experience. In my work, I created a brief list of artists who I feel touched on my topic, and I also looked for connections with today's artists. In the beginning of my thesis, I reckon with terms of installation and videoinstallation from a theoretical point of view. After establishing their meaning, I work with them in the context of my works. The centre of my thesis is my project called "232 712 steps" and its motive of voyage. My art project contains three main aspects which are experience, documentation and installation and which I explore with my own subjective perspective, but also contextualize with other works of art. Through my didactic part, I work with the term of projection and ways of recording it, each time with different perspectives.
