This thesis deals with the development of IMJS s.r.o. company using franchising. The content of the thesis is the definition of theoretical basics dealing with the franchising type of business and individual analysis. After that the analysis of the current state of the company and the strategic analysis and the internal and external environment of the company are compiled. Then on in the practical part the pilot franchising concept of the company is created based on the analysis.

The franchise contract - possibility of using in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with franchising and franchise contract. This work describes the business concept of franchising, its expansion in the world and especially in the Czech Republic. It also discusses the franchise contract legislation, including the negotiation process between the franchisor and franchisee before entering into the contract. Finally, it deals with a detailed description of the provisions of the contract. All this is illustrated in the imaginery franchise chain Lickerish tomcat.

The bachelor thesis describes the essence of franchising and assumptions for its successful functioning. The origin, development and contemporary situation of franchising in the Czech Republic are explained. Then, necessary conditions of franchising business are analyzed- franchising contract and manual. In the second part, the franchise system McDonald's is described and specified. The main scheme is devoted to the marketing plan and to the implemantation of the new children's product on the birthday party to McDonald's.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Franchising as a form of entry to the market. The work itself is divided into 3 parts. The first one deals with the franchising theory (franchising types, its advantages, disadvantages, possibilities of financing, etc.). The second part describes franchising in the Czech republic including several franchise possibilities in our market. The thrid chapter concentrates on the legal aspects of this issue, legal environment and mainly franchising contract and the chapter is closed by the description of Pronuptia lawsuit which is one of the most important trials in this area.
