The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the constructional-technological solution of the substructure of an apartment building in Zlin. It is an object with five floors and a basement with garages. The building is based on drilled piles. The bachelor's thesis includes a construction plan with a site equipment, technological procedure of earthworks and drilled piles. A set of machines, a quality control, a budget and a time schedule have been processed for this technological phase. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a solution of technological processes for foundation of a warehouse with administration foundation in Vracov. The thesis deals with technological regulations of drilled piles and foundation constructions. Furthermore, the thesis covers topics of inspection-check plan, mechanical assembly, budget and schedule. The thesis also includes a coordinational site-layout of the construction, principles of organization of the construction and building site equipment. Occupational safety, health risks and their elimination have also been solved in this thesis.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the technology implementation of the gross substructure of sports hall in Třešť. This thesis includes the implementation of the pile sheeting wall, excavation works and the base on the foundation footings and strips. The thesis namely includes the solution of the construction site equipment, the situation of the construction with the transport routes solution, the technical report, the bill of quantities and the itemized budget, the technological instruction, the technical report of the construction site equipment, the schedule of work, the draft of the mechanical assembly, the control plan and the test plan and the occupational safety.

Also is solved safety at work, time schedule and budget of substructure.

In this diploma thesis deals with execution of ground works, foundation constructions, steel and armored concrete monolithic framework of the sales and service center in Prague. Establishment of the building will be done on armored concrete basement feet, strips and basement plate. The building is desinged in part as a steel framework and in part as a armored concrete framework. The building technological project contains for the phases primarily time and financial plan of object, technology prescription, time schedule, budget, model of the building site accessories, model of the machines, check and test plan, safety plan.

The build-up organization covers the implementation of ground works, foundation constructions and precast concrete framework. Storage hall of logistics centre is based on drilled concrete piles and precast concrete framework makes up main structure. Construction technology project contains time-schedule and financial plan for whole project, time-schedule of construction works, budget, technological standard for precast concrete framework, design of building site accessories, design of machine group, safety plan, check and test plan.
