Achievement Motivation Flow and Dance (Ballroom, Latin Dance)
SCHÖNOVÁ, Eliška
In the theoretical part there are approximated ballroom and latin dancing, theory of motives, achievement motivation, causal attributions, emotions and the flow-experience. In the second part are formulated hypotheses and described the methods of work. In the final part of the text there are explicated research data, discussed hypotheses and summarized the results. The full computer output is included in the annexes.
Programy a algoritmy numerické matematiky 12

This book contains more than 30 papers presented at the seminar Programs and Algorithms of Numerical Mathematics held in Dolní Maxov, Czech Republic, June 6-11, 2004. The contributions deal mostly with the finite element method and its applications. Other subjects, as spline construction, numerical linear algebra algorithms, or optimization, for example, are also covered.
Modelování směšování plazmatu vodní páry s parní atmosférou v tepelném plazmovém reaktoru
Hirka, Ivan ; Jeništa, Jiří ; Hrabovský, Milan
Two-dimensional CFD modelling of mixing of steam plasma jet with steam atmosphere in thermal plasma reactor has been carried out. Temperature of steam plasma is approximately 15 000 K and temperature of steam atmosphere is 400 K. Standard, RNG, and realizable k-e models were used for all simulations. Steam plasma and steam atmospheric properties were generated by the ADEP code. Results for temperature, velocity and density distributions are discussed and presented as images obtained from the FLUENT code, for currently used reactor geometry setup and plasma flow.
Temperature correction for a hot wire concentration measurements in a gas mixture
Mazur, Oton ; Jonáš, Pavel ; Uruba, Václav
The method of simultaneous flow velocity and concentration measurement by means of a constant temperature anemometer with two parallel hot wires probe in a binary gas mixture has been recently described. A special attention is paid to temperature calibration of the probe.
On Physics of a Synthetic Jet
Uruba, Václav
Velocity field of a synthetic jet has been investigated experimentally. The synthetic jet is generated by electro-dynamical system designed for control of free shear layer. To catch unsteady periodical structures the phase average method is applied to time series of instantaneous velocities.
The Flow Fiel in the Entrance Part of a Winf Tunnel
Hofer, Tomáš ; Šafařík, Pavel ; Luxa, Martin
The aim of this work was to apply the numerical simulation of the flow into the design process of the nozzle in order to verify the quality of the design. The numerical simulation was carried out using the Fluent 6.1 solver. The mesh was prepared using the pre-processor Gambit 2.0.
Výzkum kvality ovzduší v závodě a přilehlém okolí /Z 1287/00/
Jaňour, Zbyněk
The method of physical simulation for the ABL flow and air pollution dispersion is used for air pollution from Kovohute Pribram work. The influence of the new technologies putting into practice on air pollution reduction was demonstrated.
Experimmentální výzkum a numerické modelování proudění v okolí překážek umístěných na dně kanálu
Hoření, Bohumír ; Chára, Zdeněk
The paper deals with an application of integral equations on a wake flow. Two square cylinders oriented perpendicularly to flow direction are placed on the bottom of an open channel. The results of integral method are compared with LDA measurements and with Fluent k-? simulation. Besides the averaged results that offers Fluent simulation, the integral method can also simultae dynamical properties of the flow
Základní principy v modelování dopravních toků
Šimáně, Čestmír ; Fábry, Jan (advisor) ; Kořenář, Václav (referee)
Research workers started to investigate traffic flows already in thirtieth years of twentieth century. But it is true that in these times was minimal the number of vehicles on roads. However, at the end of fifties this number started to increase. So according to this it was necessary to find sophistry tools to their monitoring. More engineers interested in the theory of traffic flow and they started to describe interactions between vehicles through new theories and models. Nowadays, this work continues, because the number of vehicles on roads is still increasing. The aim of this thesis is to make reader understood the basic terms, quantities, approaches and models in theory of traffic flow.
The maximum flow in a network
Tichá, Michaela ; Pelikán, Jan (advisor) ; Čížek, Ondřej (referee)
The work describes how to find the maximum flow in a network. It has two parts - theoretic and programmatic. The theoretic part desribes founded maximum flow algorithms. The programmatic part contains program for searching the maximum flow in a network.
