It is necessary to judge the influences of producers on the electric compounds while creating electrical energy or during the regulation of those existing. These analyses are sorted out by so called studies of connectivity. These calculations analyze the degree of connection of the producer and the standby unit during a break-down. The results of this report are several recommendations for creating such unit and succeeding steps leading to secure the stability and safety of the electric compound operation. The aim of this thesis is to discuss about software for PC solutions for static and dynamic network model, to draft power outlet into a network of generating high voltage, to complete a study of connectivity with respect to all the distortion factor, as increased voltage, inrush current at startup, flicker, harmonic currents, interference ripple, contribution to short-circuit current, reactive power control options, and demands for compensation.
Operation of a distribution system with resistance welders
Zelený, Miroslav ; Šlezingr, Jan (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
This Diploma thesis deals with assessment of the influence of two fundamental types of resistance welders operation on chosen power quality parameters at the point of common coupling (PCC) of the power network. The assessed parameters of power quality are the total harmonic distortion of the supply voltage, asymmetry of the supply voltage and the level of short term flicker at the point of common coupling. The assessment is based on the comparison of the results of computer simulations done in PSCad 4.2.0 with the requirements of technical standards. The outcome of this thesis is the determination of allowable limits for physical and operation parameters for the general arrangement of a power distribution network and a resistance welder that should guarantee the power quality compliance.

Effect of distributed generation on medium voltage 22 kV distribution system operation with a new 110/22 kV feeder
Konopová, Tamara ; Bráblík, Libor (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue of power flow analysis in a medium voltage (22kV) distribution network with a focus on the influence of distributed energy generation recources. At first the issue of operation of distributed energy resources and their reverse effects on the distribution system is presented in the thesis. Furtherly there are described their operational conditions from the legislation point of view. The part dealing with calculation compares two network configurations in terms of power quality and how the power quality is impacted by distributed energy resources. The attention is given to voltage conditions, short-circuit power, power conditions, losses and flicker. The first configuration corresponds to the real situation in the network, the other one is describing the changes after the new 110/22 kV substation implementation to the power supply area and the overal change of network configuration. The network model and run simulation is done using the E-Vlivy program.
Evaluation of Possibility of New Source Connection With Regard to Nodal Voltage
Němec, Jan ; Topolánek, David (referee) ; Toman, Petr (advisor)
Connection new source of electrical energy into distribution network is important for existing one for reasons its rating and dimensioning. It is even evaluate, whether possibility connection new source in to network is real and do not endanger continuous running distribution system. This work has shown, what conditions are need realize for connection source into distribution network in view of voltage ratio. Next it must incidence harmonic current and affecting centralized telecontrol signal about reasoning. Against a background examination connection source are administrative acts, which forms basis of successful connection. On basis lets request of connection mostly study of connection working up. This study contains concrete calculation and examination individual factors for connection new source. Next put mind to connection wind power station, because wind power stations are very special source for connection into distribution network. Bigger demands are putting on them and stricter examination of connection to site must be done. Because during time unit (day, week and month) they have various strain diagram. Which makes higher straining of distribution and necessity have reserve of electrical energy for case fail wind power station owing to windless ness. In the end, there is referred to practical examination example of possibility connecting. As this example was chosen examination of wind park to 110 kW network with 32 MVA installed power from view of voltage ratio. Solution process is given by replacement of part of given Picells link and by calculation steady state of node site system with Gauss-Seidels iteration method. After that follows evaluation of voltage change in the site before and after connection of source to the network, which can not be higher than 2%. In this example is this condition satisfied and from a view of voltage ratio there is nothing to obstruct for connection new source to network.
Methodology and data evaluation of conformance tests of A1 and A2 power generating modules
Bláha, Michal ; Drápela, Jiří (referee) ; Morávek, Jan (advisor)
The introductory part of the diploma thesis contains basic knowledge of the issue of Power Generating Module (particularly local) and a description of individual categories according to the EU Commission Regulation 2016/631, which are connected to the electricity system in the Czechia. In connection with this classification and the assignment of this work, the individual rules for connecting and operating Power Generating Module of categories A1 and A2 are further described. The work also deals with verifying the compliance and conformity of production modules with applicable legislation. The principles of verification of production units follow the newly proposed standard EN 50 549-10. The benefit of the work lies mainly in the preparation for the creation of a certified workplace, which will deal with custom measurement of production units. This preparation is based not only on the created test manual, but on two other important parts, such as the creation of evaluation scripts and the output protocol. The scripts will be used to process the measured data for individual tests and will provide a suitable graphical output of the unit, which will be placed in the output protocol. This protocol will thus be a comprehensive official measurement output of the tested unit.
