The Proposal of Management System of Small Company

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to collect as much information about Hill Wood Ltd. as possible. This company deals with forest operations and wood purchase. The information is gathered in order to design a proposal of a management system for this small company. The system should guarantee the supply to copy the demand for the services offered and also it should enable the company to manage the flow of information important for the effective company management, its feedback and the profit maximization. Plainly, the aim is to improve the proportion of the income and the outcome, the former being the work and the capital, the latter the gains. This model of management system should be functional even in case of the company expansion. It should be independent on the hight of company profits and number of employees and thus be very flexible. The possible change of the system should not affect running the company and no change in the current system should be needed.
