The master’s thesis deals project documentation of building of the municipal office in Jablonné nad Orlicí. The office will also serve small villages near. The house is irregular shape. It have one underground floor and two overground floors. The underground floor is only under part of house, so the house is partial basement. Part of first floor is open garage for 7 employee car. The object is roofed by sloping hipped roof with a slope of 15° from wood trusses. The house is brick and have contact insulation system. The anticipated number of employees of municipal office is 24. The building is located on flat land in centre of town in existing buildings in cadastral Jablonné nad Orlicí.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house in Karlovice, part of city Kostelec u Holešova. The family house is located on flat land on the outskirts of the village. The building is two-floor and there is a basement under the house. There is a workroom and a warehouse in the basement. One car garage is part of this house. A second floor is connected with terrace. The building is made of constructional system Porotherm, the roof of the building is gabled. The Project Documentation is created in AutoCAD.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house with project office in Uherský Brod. Family house is located on flat land in a short distance from the city center. The building is two-floor. In the first floor is located entrance to the building, storeroom, utility room, living room, sbathroom, WC and project office with own entrance and WC. From the first floor is also entrance to the terrace and garden. In the second floor is situated bedroom with dressing room, two bedrooms, bathroom and WC. From one of the bedroom is possible to access to the balcony. The roof above the first floor is flat, the roof above second flat is mono-pitched roof. The building is made of structural masonry system Porotherm 30 P+D, insulation system EPS 100F, roof truss from bonded girder, roof covering foil Fatrafol. Garage is designed as a detached building roofed with a flat roof. Garage is made of the structural system Porotherm 30 P+D. Project Documentation is created in AutoCAD.

The house has a gable roof and the layout is divided into two units. The house is designed for housing six people. The diploma thesis deals with the project of hotel with restaurant situated in Valašské Klobouky. The building has two above ground floors and partial basement. Accommodation capacity is forty-three beds, restaurant capacity is sixty seats. The object is made of free rectangles and has a gable roof. There is a restaurant, reception and rooms on the first floor. On the second floor, there are only rooms. The external and internal vertical structures are made of Heluz ceramic pieces, horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. External thermal insulation composite system is designed. The diploma thesis has the form of project documentation for construction.

The bachelor’s thesis deals project documentation of family house with an establishment – repair shop of bicycles. The house with its layout creates the letter L with one beveled corner. The building has one underground storey and two above ground storeys. The underground storey is only under section of house. So the object is partly a basement. The part of house with a establishment have only one above ground storey. Over the residential part of building and over establishment is flat roof. The roofs are in different height. The house is brick. The family house serve as one housing unit for 5 people. In repair shop there are two or three workers, it being understood that workers may be residents of a house. Therefore the establishment and a family house are internally connected. The building is located on flat land in existing buildings in cadastral Žamberk.
