Zhodnocení práce Transparency International v České republice

This thesis aims to assess the marketing strategy and HR management done at Transparency International in the Czech Republic and to propose improvements that could help increase the awareness about the organization. To achieve this, the perception of the Czech citizens is evaluated via questionnaire. Afterwards the marketing strategy done in the Czech branch is described based on the interview with the representative of Transparency International. In the end, the individual elements are compared which enables to define improvement recommendations for the organization.

Public Benefit as a Tool to Improve Civil Society

The dissertation deals with problematics of public benefit as a tool for providing services in the public interest, more concretely in relation to implementation of public benefit status to new Czech Civil Code. From the beginning the process recodification of new Civil Code the question of public benefit stirs up heated discussions. It's questioned what effects can the implementation of public benefit status have on non-profit sector. Besides development of this discussion dissertation deals with public benefit, public services and other terms from civic sector theories, as well with public benefit status in new Civil Code and in law systems in other countries and with draft law on public benefit. The work is intent on impacts of EU Structural funds on capacities of Czech Non-governmental organizations (NGOs). It is divided into three parts. the first past is focused on determination, development and some legal forms of Czech NGOs. The second part is devoted to financial resources of NGOs and in the last part of the work there are mentioned positive and negative impacts of Structural funds on manager and financial capacities of NGOs in the Czech Republic.

Analýza struktury příjmů neziskových organizací a faktorů, které tuto strukturu ovlivňují

Tato bakalářská práce ve své první kapitole vysvětluje důvody vzniku neziskového sektoru. Dále potom vyjmenovává a charakterizuje základní druhy zdrojů financování neziskových organizací v České republice. Jednotlivé druhy financování jsou analyzovány a na příkladech z praxe vysvětleny. Z těchto dílčích zdrojů je následně sestaven model financování neziskové organizace respektující charakteristiky jednotlivých druhů příjmů. Model financování je také aplikován na konkrétní neziskovou organizaci - místní organizaci, působící zejména v oblasti sportu.
