This master thesis is focused on determining the value of the company Dieffenbacher CZ hydraulic presses by using income-based methods at 31.12.2017. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, practical part and own design solution. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and procedures. In the practical part is presented company, strategic and financial analysis, value generators and financial plan. The final part of the diploma thesis is the determination of the value of the company.

The subject of the processed work on theme business plan was to elaborate a business plan for the development of English exercise books. In the theoretical part, in addition to the instructions for writing a business plan, work investigates the level of special preparations done by beginning businessmen. The practical part consists of the actual business plan. The business plan includes surveys, market analysis and customer analysis, product description and financial plan. The final part is devoted to assessing the rentability of a business plan and describing possible risks in realization of the project.
