Residential complex Brno Holasky, V Aleji locality

The aim of urban concept is cadastral area of Brno – Holásky. This area is designated area for development in spatial plan for the city of Brno. Area is designated for housing, social care and education. The area has size of 42ha and it is defined by the railway in the east. From the south hit is V Aleji and U potoka street. The border continues along road towards shopping mall Olympia. The west border is consists by Holásky lakes. In the north the border goes through structure between V Aleji street and Ledárenská street. The area is relatively attractive mainly due the close connection nature sight Holásky lakes. Also interesting is location within the city of Brno. Altough the area is located outside the larger city center, there is a good accessibility to the center. The new residential housing area provides space for approximately 1400 inhabitants. The structure and vertical articulation is based on response of the surrounding buildings. The V Aleji street defines an axis that helps to create new space for central square. Another axis it the road from the V Aleji street towards Holasky lakes. This is major line connecting residential area and the surrounding with the area of lakes. This street also devide the area into two parts. Right part, northern, consisting with coherent block with dimension of 200x300 metres. Outside part of the block consists of blocks of flats. The inner part is filled with family houses and public space belonging to blocks of flats. Part of the block is also elderly house. The left, southern, part concludes the L shape block of current housing. Again the edge of block is formed by blocks of flats and family houses in inner part. At the end of the axis heading to Holasky lakes is kindergarten in direct relation to natural park. Next to the Holásky lakes there will be space for sports and recreation. Heating units for family houses - algorithm for selection

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the ways of heating for family houses. In the first part of this thesis are described the heat sources. The heat sources are diveded by type of fuel. In the next part of this thesis is a decription of claims for installation the heating source, the use of various fuels and chimneys. In the next part are descibed claims of an operation the heating sources. The fourth part deals with the algorithm for selecting a source of heat. Here is a description of each step of algorithm, which we need for selection of suitable heat source. In the last part of my thesis is made a presentation of the algorithm performed on a model family home. There are selected six types of heating in the house. At the end is chosen one, most economical type.
Design of residential zone in Herálec

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the distribution of plots on the stage and solve the transportation infrastructure, including parking spaces for the construction of houses in the village Herálec - Chaloupky. For the stage were designed three variants solved as a residential zone.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

With regard to the surrounding buildings there are designed two-storey houses in rows, connected by embedded terraces. Each floor is used as a residential unit. The orientation of the parcel is designed so the home has an interesting view, while allowing the use of passive energy from the sun. Roofs of the houses are flat with greenery that serves as insulation against noise, absorbs dust and simultaneously creates space with stunning views designed for relaxation. The purpose of the project is to create a universal space available for all stages of life, so that might not lead to its transformation. The interior of the house is designed so that one room has access to all of the others. From one room you can acces to any other room and so go through maximum two doors.
Marketing strategy of the company Haas Fertigbau on the foreign markets

The main aim of this thesis is an introduction of the company Haas Fertigbau, which is concerned with construction of wooden houses and after that making of a marketing strategy. This thesis is diveded into three main parts. In the first part of this thesis is analyzed the current situation of the timber industry and of the building. These two fields that like every others were affected by the global economic crisis. In the next part it is introduced a parent company Haas Fertigbau and afterwards there is in great detail described the company Haas Fertigbau based in Chanovice. In the last chapter there is a practical part of this thesis. It contains a partial approximation of the current marketing strategy, a proposal for a comprehensive marketing strategy and a number of recommendations which could be an inspiration for the company into the future.

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku oceňování nemovitostí. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy, které je pro orientaci v této oblasti nezbytné znát. Dále jsou zde popsány základní metody oceňování nemovitostí. Praktická část obsahuje vypracovaný znalecký posudek o ceně rodinného domu s příslušenstvím i pozemky administrativním způsobem pro daňové účely podle oceňovacího předpisu.

Práce ve své první části vysvětluje základní pojmy a metody oceňování nemovitostí, jejich srovnání, výhody a nevýhody. Její součástí je i příklad na zvážení návratnosti investice do nemovitosti v centru Prahy a provozování ubytovacího zařízení. Jsou zde porovnány tři způsoby možného financování hypotéčního úvěru, včetně zvážení rizik u každého z nich. Ve druhé části, která je praktická, je oceněn rodinný dům včetně pozemku a příslušenství v Praze - Kunraticích.

Zaměřila jsem se na vymezení základních pojmů, které se v oblasti oceňování nemovitostí běžně používají, a které je nezbytné znát a orientovat se v nich. Dále jsem charakterizovala administrativní a tržní ocenění, z jakých podkladů oba způsoby vycházejí a jakých metod využívají pro zjištění ceny. V praktické části jsem se věnovala samotnému ocenění rodinného domu s příslušenstvím a pozemky administrativní metodou.
Podnikatelský záměr ve stavitelství

V teoreticko-metodologické části se autor zabývá specifikami podnikání malých a středních podniků, zásadami tvorby úspěšného podnikatelského plánu a některými metodami (např. metodou SWOT), které lze při tvorbě business planu využít. Na základě teoretického vymezení se autor v aplikační části zabývá konkrétním podnikatelským záměrem developerské společnosti, která se hodlá na rezidenčním trhu prosadit výstavbou a prodejem řadových rodinných holodomů.
