Tool for Professional Profiling and Excellence of Students

This theses focuses on development of web application, which aims to provide intrinsic motivation to students to work on their professional profile. The thesis explores the concept of gamification, analyzes the aspects of motivation and describes the fundamentals of web application development. The practical part focuses on describing the students'; problem with motivation, presenting the application as the solution and dividing it into key parts. Furthermore, the thesis describes the actual implementation based on the Laravel framework and the results of user testing along with suggestions for future expansion of the application.

The thesis is devoted to evaluating the performance of companies selected companies. Said performance evaluation model focuses on START. In the first part, the author describes the evaluation model business performance. In the analytical part introduces company and characterized the current situation. In the practical part is to conduct an assessment of company performance model applied questionnaire Start. This model are identified strengths and weaknesses of the company, but also the weaknesses of the company and place to improve performance. The results are drawn suggestions and recommendations for the company.

Measuring the performance of quality management system

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of quality management systems productivity. The introductory part is devoted to the importance of quality for company competitiveness with an emphasis on the economic benefits of improved quality. An important part is devoted to methods of performance evaluation system of quality management in the context of the recommendations of ISO 9000 and EFQM Excellence Model principles. Considering the follow-up practical part my thesis is also supplemented by the requirements of ISO TS 16949, which is used as a sectoral standard for the automotive industry suppliers. The practical part is devoted to evaluating and analysing productivity of a selected company quality management system. The thesis evaluates this company according to the Model Organization Start National Quality Award, which is based on the principles of the EFQM Excellence Model. On the basis of the analysis, areas with potential improvement were identified, and appropriate steps designed. Despite the undoubtedly existing potential for further improvement we can observe that the Quality Management System of the selected company permanently achieves a high level.
