Physical aktivity at Waldorf school in České Budějovice.

The present bachelor's thesis deals with the importance of physical activities in Waldorf education. The theoretical part defines the Waldorf principles and approach to physical activities and provides the relevant sources. The study introduces the history and the foundation of the Waldorf school in České Budějovice. Further, it states the curriculum for years 1 up to 9 in Eurythmy and Physical Education. The practical part comprises of a research based on interviews with the teachers in the particular school, in which their personal views and approaches to particular activities are captured, it ex-amines the actual physical activities and maps the current situation and conditions at Waldorf school in České Budějovice. The lesson records are included.
Default methods for drawing forms in Waldorf pedagogy

The bachelor thesis deals with Waldorf pedagogy and its specific subject of forms drawing. The aim of this work is firstly to gain theoretical knowledge and, secondly, their application to the pedagogy of leisure time, then to proces selected methods into metodological handouts for leisure activities focused on artistic activity. In the theoretical part, the author works with professional literature. The first chapter presents Waldorf pedagogy regarding its goals and principles for the physical, spiritual and mental development. It raises from developmental stages of the child in the second seven years according to Rudolf Steiner, founder of Waldorf education. It also describes leisure time activities and education associated to this pedagogy. It characterizes a specific subject of eurythmy, which is part of the subject of drawing forms. The last part is devoted to drawing forms. The theoretical part also contains a reactions of Waldorf pedagogy. The practical part raises from the theoretical knowledge. The structure of the educational proces is guided by methodological sheets. In methodical sheets, the author uses a drawn form, drawing with crayons and wax blocks, modeling. The first part of the implementation of the didactic project took place in the "Svobodná Primary School" in Písek with the fourth grade pupils. The second part was applied in the activities of the hobby group in DDM Strakonice. The practical part includes evaluation and selfreflection. At the end of the work, the author summarizes personal experiences with Waldorf pedagogy. She acknowledges the use of the alternative educational principle with regard to the broadening of the pedagogue's point of view and the actual practice itself. However, she draws attention to the need for sufficient experience gained at the Waldorf seminars and a deeper personal insight into the issue.
Using the qualification of a literary manager in the teaching practice at the secondary school Waldorfské lyceum

This diploma thesis deals with the ways of using the qualifications of a literary manager in the field of pedagogy and didactics, specifically while teaching at a secondary school called Waldorfské lyceum. In the first part the author deals with the characteristics of the two careers – as a literary manager and as a teacher, and defines the set of qualities that are necessary for these professions. Later he compares these two professions and seeks intersections and parallels between them and the parts they take in a theater environment and in a school environment respectively. In the next part he introduces the Waldorf education and its specifics with regards to the performing arts incorporated into the lessons, and analyses the drama poetics of Rudolf Steiner including his approach towards the manner of speech and the art of eurythmy. In the crucial third part of this thesis the author is describing his experiences as a teacher at the secondary school Waldorfské lyceum and looks into individual areas of his activities – projects of literary, performing, artistic and cultural character, particularly in relation to utilizing the qualitifations of a literary manager, obtained during the studies of Dramaturgy for Dramatic Theater on The Theater Academy of Performing Arts.
The Rudolf Steiner's pedagogy in the Czech educational system

The topic of this thesis is the pedagogy of Rudolf Steiner in the Czech educational system. The theoretical part is divided into three sections. The first chapter is dedicated to the founder of waldorf education Rudolf Steiner, it deals with his life, work and his legacy to the Czech pedagogical environment. The second chapter describes the free school of Rudolf Steiner, its origin, specifications and evolution of Steiner's education. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on Steiner's pedagogy in the Czech education system and studies application of the Steiner's pedagogy at each of the levels of the Czech school system. The empirical part deals with describtions of several Czech primary Steiner's schools and compares them from the point of view of chosen areas of origin, evolution and implementation of Rudolf Steiner's ideas. In the last chapter of the thesis the before mentioned areas of Czech Steiner's schools are compared in short with Steiner's schools in the Eindhoven in Netherlands. Life and Work of Mikhail Chekhov in the context of Historical Development of Russian Drama

The thesis analyzes the historical development of Russian drama and it also discusses various acting techniques and their development. It focuses on efforts to create a method or system of acting which would help the actors perform characters in a natural and persuasive way. In this context, the thesis deals with Mikhail Chekhov - actor, director, theater director, teacher, theorist of acting, but also a Russian emigrant or nephew of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. Chekhov was a student of K. S. Stanislavsky. He worked in the Moscow art theatre and later founded and participated in the work of theatre studios in Europe and the United States of America. He dedicated a substantial part of his life to pedagogical and theoretical work.
