Control of Magnetic Levitation Educational Model
Bednařík, Josef ; Brablc, Martin (referee) ; Matějásko, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the modelling and control of the magnetic levitation CE 152 laboratory plant, which is specific in its nonlinearity and unstability. Firstly, all parts of the system are described by mathematical equations, which are the basis of the modelling of simulation model created in MATLAB/Simulink. Estimation of parameters is tackled by using the various of experiments and simulation’s model is validated with the real magnetic levitation system. Main body of the paper is focused on description and aplication of control on simulation’s and real model. It is realized by PID regulator, state regulator and feedforward regulator. In the last part of the thesis, the results are evaluated and compared among the all methods of control.
Random operators for modeling time series of counts
Lahodová, Kateřina ; Prášková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Lachout, Petr (referee)
In the thesis the thinning operators used for modeling of time series of counts are studied. The main properties of binomial, generalised, random coefficient, hyper- geometric and generalised binomial thinning operators are listed and proved. The comparison of these operators is also described. The use of binomial thinning for mo- deling INAR(1), binomial AR(1) and semi INAR(1) models is shown. The parameters of these models are estimated and also tested on a few simulations.
Zobecněné lineární a aditivní modely v pojišťovnictví
Rusnák, Peter ; Branda, Martin (advisor) ; Pešta, Michal (referee)
In this thesis we describe the theory of generalized linear models and demon- strate its applications in non-life insurance. We also introduce some methods com- monly used to estimation of regression parameters and hypothesis testing . Further- more, we discuss possible extensions of GLM by introducing tools for reparametriza- tion of predictors which leads to new classes of models, concretely to segmented generalized linear models and generalized additive models. Consequently, we derive models appropriate for actuarial praxis using the real insurance data. In practical part of this thesis we illustrate the use of appropriate software for calculating the parameters of GAM and find way how to use open source statistical program .
