This bachelor’s thesis deals with entrepreneurial project. It is a document that should go before each investment. The work mentions particular components of entrepreneurial project and develops them into a new subject and a concrete market. The aim is to gain a share in the market and satisfy customers´ and company’s needs. The work analyses entrepreneurial environment, market potential and seeks for convenient products and services promoted by efectual marketing.

The aim of my bachelor thesis will be to create a business plan for a new hairdresser's. In this thesis I will gradually address all aspects of the establishment and management of enterprise related. Using the methods and research, I will work to implement the steps, which include fundamental questions, for example, the system search for new customers, gain market share, establish a successful business where people are always happy to return. I will use the theoretical knowledge acquired by study at the faculty of Business and Management, different methods and consult with experts in this field.

The importance of the activities of CzechInvest on entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic

Master thesis is focused on the agency CzechInvest and its role towards enterprises in the Czech Republic. Their influence on entrepreneurs raises competitiveness of Czech companies and also increases the position of our companies abroad. The first chapter deals with theoretical approaches to international trade. Another chapter focuses on the situation in the Czech economy after the revolution in 1989. Special attention is paid to foreign direct investment as a key factor in the development of the Czech economy in the third chapter. CzechInvest activities are divided into the period before joining the European Union and the activities that the agency performs and after joining Czech republic EU. After joining the EU CzechInvest agenda has expanded and adopts new programs. Those are devoted to the fifth chapter. The last chapter explores the influence of the chosen indicators.

Specifics of Entrepreneurial Environment of the Region of Aquitaine

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to use the PEST analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the French region of Aquitaine and to show that this region has economic potential for future development. I mention some important facts about the region, its socio-cultural and economic characteristics, the evaluation of the business environment and the relations between the Czech Republic and Aquitaine. The thesis contains a survey focused on the cultural differences between inhabitants of Aquitaine, Czech people and inhabitants of other French regions. The findings of the survey give Czech traders insight into the culture and local manners. In conclusion I mention the possibility of further extension of cooperation between the Czech Republic and Aquitaine.

Budování prostředí pro inovativní start-upy v České republice

The goal of this thesis is to identify the challenges and success factors of the support system for innovative start-ups in the Czech Republic as well as to formulate recommendations for the implementation of the currently envisaged Seed fund project. The thesis covers the specifics of start-up companies and barriers for their development and puts them in relation with the current state of the Czech entrepreneurial environment and its innovation performance. Hard data as well as opinions of experts and potential investors are assessed to analyze the needs and motivations of both demand and supply sides of the venture capital market in order to provide some valuable insights which may help the support system to improve the access of entrepreneurs to external finance and boost the creation of innovative start-ups in the Czech Republic. The main suggestions introduced relate to the focus on retaining strict transparency, to the careful selection of entities evaluating the viability of projects and those providing services assisting the entrepreneurs in the preparation phase. Finally, the right setting of conditions of the Seed fund to attract both private investors and entrepreneurs will determine the success of the whole project.

Particularities of entrepreneurial environment of French Guiana

This bachelor's thesis is focused on analzying the entrepreneurial environment of French Guiana and opportunities of further cooperation with The Czech Republic . This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part presents the possibilities of the entrepreneurial environment analysis. Thereafter, the pratical part presents the analysis of the entrepreneurial environment of French Guiana following SLEPT analysis. This analysis is processed sequentially through the social and cultural environment as well as through economic, political and legislative and technological factors. The last chapter pursues the possibility of cooperation with The Czech Republic.
