Proposal for Changes of Motivational System in a Selected Company

This thesis deals with the proposal of changes in the motivation system in the chosen company. The theoretical part was focused on the basic concepts and definitions that are connected with the given problematics. In the practical part of the thesis was carried out an analysis of the current motivation system of the company through an interview, study of business documents and questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, proposals for changes resulting from the results of the questionnaire survey were presented. Key proposals included regular employee evaluation, increase knowledge about the provided benefits, transport allowance and corporate events.

This work is focused on the design of the motivation system in selected company. In the theoretical part there are described the theoretical bases concerning human resources management and employee motivation. In the practical part, there will be analyzed the current situation will be carried out from the point of view of the company and, based on the questionnaire survey, an analysis of employee satisfaction will be carried out. The obtained data will be used to evaluate the current situation in the company. At the end of the thesis there will be discussed proposals for improvement in the field of resource management in selected company.
