Electrogastrogram analysis
Bernátek, Pavel ; Horáková, Pavla (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
In the bachelor thesis is given the anatomy and physiology of the stomach, explaining the basic principle of myoelectric activity. The thesis deals with the recording equipment and the useful signals that can be obtained. There are mentioned the important parameters of the signal with the necessary analysis. The thesis describes three methods of frequency analysis. Part of the thesis is design the optimal measurement methodology for evaluating changes induced by consumption of food and a description of the measurement by using the acquisition system Biopac. In Matlab is created an application for the evaluatin of changes induced by food intake and the results statistically analyzed.
Application for electrogastrogram analysis
Jirda, David ; Chmelař, Milan (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
Thesis deals with the changes in characteristic parameters of electrogastrogram caused by the volunteer condition. Recording system BIOPAC was used for electrogastrogram record. EGG signals were recorded 30 minutes before eating meals, and after eating meals EGG were recorded in 30 minutes periods for whole duration of 2 hours. In the LabView programming environment the graphical application designed to analyze and evaluate electrogastrogram changes in the signal before and after food has been created.
