The second portion discusses the possibly methods of accumulation heat and electrical energy exploitable connection with CHP units. Last part of thesis is devoted to study apply CHP units in power supplyes choice object.

This bachelor thesis deals with Economic and Financial Evaluation of Public Investment Project. In theoretical part is described characteristic of Public Investment Project and its life cycle. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the methods of evaluation of public projects and describes in more detail the Cost Benefit Analysis, which is further used in the case study. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the processing of economic and financial analysis. The evaluated investment project is the construction of a new cycle path between the town named Hodonín and the village Ratíškovice.

The theoretical part of the work is focused on the definition of terms and methods of economic evaluation of public investment projects and methods of assessing their risks. The practical part deals with a case study of a specific project, in which an economic evaluation of a public investment project and a risk assessment are developed.

Use storage thermal power in Czech republic

This diploma’s thesis analyzes the possibility of accumulation of thermal power plants in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part describes the different types of storage power plants, the historical development of power storage for compressed air and the appropriateness of their location. The second part is devoted to the design of storage power plant for compressed air in South Moravia. In the next chapter, a calculation is made of all equipment storage power plant, including turbo-compressor, combustion chamber, combustion turbines, the volume of storage tanks and two heat exchangers. The last part is the economic analysis of the return on investment of such a project.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the optimalization of energetic supply of FME- Technická 2, Brno. The supply optimalization is thematically connected to Ing. Jan Kučera´s diploma thesis. The project is divided into several parts. One part is focused on general clarification of the term cogeneration and possible pertinent technologies. The contemporary state and energetic needs of area are analyzed in the second practical part of the thesis. Remaining chapters are focused on comparison and economical analysis of the proposed modules. The conclusion is devoted to the overall effect of selected modules on energetic consumption in the object.

This thesis deals with the technical and economic analysis of energy-intensive processes laboratory, which focuses on the optimalization of energy processes. Its aim is to create a computational tool to determine the overall financial balance of laboratory, based on knowledge of industrial laundry and ability to identify and quantify correctly all the items entering the balance of the laboratory.

Economic Efficiency and Financial Feasibility of Investment Project

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the economic efficiency and financial feasibility of the public investment project. The theoretical part depicts the main differences between private and public sectors and the overall life cycle of the construction project. Moreover, the fundamental investment terms are explained altogether with the assessment methods of the investment projects. The final chapter of the theoretical part describes the Cost-benefit analysis, which is subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part aims to evaluate the economic efficiency of the project. Therefore, the financial and economic analyses are used. At the end of the practical part, the financial feasibility of the selected project is assessed based on two different sources of financing, which are subsidies and the bank loan.

Valuation of Economic Situation of Construction Company

The Diploma thesis is focusing on the sphere of financial management of a building company. The first part explains the theoretical background of procedures and methods that are subsequently applied in practice, as described in the second part. The paper focused in particular on the finincial analysis of the company and on determining the company’s financial standing. The financial standing is finally evaluated using indicators which were chosen very carefully and the importance of which is analyzed in the theoretical part of the paper. The financial analysis was done for five successive years that provide at least partial notion of the company development in the past. Having considered total situation the paper goes on with the proposal of a short-term financial plan striving to outline the direction the company should follow in the next year.
