Utilization of cross-country skiing in the Educational Institute in Vrchlabí

Title: Cross-country skiing usage within the educational process at Children's Home with School Vrchlabi. Objectives: The objective of the bachelore thesis is the movie production, where I document and evaluate the specifics of cross-country skiing training and related attendance of students of Children's Home with School Vrchlabi during the Winter Olympic Games. Methods: Methods used for the purpose of this bachelor thesis were the observation and video documenting of students ski trainings and participation at Educational Institute & Children's Home with School winter games and method of conducted interview with Children's home with school Vrchlabi teachers. Results: The final videodocument from the ski camp and attendance on the WOH shows practiacally used metodics during the crosscountry ski camp. The second part presents the process of WOG, atmosphere and disciplines. Comparison of the Management Accounting and Controlling Practices in the People’s Republic of China and Germany

This master thesis compares management accounting (MA) in China and Germany. It starts by analyzing the conceptual development over time. Afterwards, it categorizes the spread of the methods and explains conceptual differences in more detail. Subsequently, macroeconomic factors that have influenced the development of MA are described, evaluated, and future implications for the further development of MA are derived. For this purpose a traditional literature review is used. The MA practice in Germany is further disseminated than in China. Moreover, German management accountants are characterized as business partners while Chinese management accountants are perceived as analysts and inspectors. Other conceptual differences in terms of MA are the data source, the overall orientation, country-specific techniques, and the organizational structure. Most of the differences between German and Chinese MA can be allocated to political, economic, foreign, educational, academic, and cultural influences. The future implications for the further development depend on each factor individually.

Classroom Climate

The Master thesis depicts a social climate in a classroom in Liberec region. The thesis is divided into two larger topic parts - theoretical part where basic terminology connected to the topic is explained and practical part. Theoretical findings introduce issues of classroom climate which partially originates from a larger superior topic of a school climate. The aim of the first part is to introduce each involved party that influences classroom climate daily and engages in measuring the climate. It answers why is important to watch and measure this phenomenon at school. The second part of the thesis describes practical usage of findings from the theoretical part. It deals with a quality research and comparison of results at selected primary schools in Liberec region. It examines differences which appear in a particular classroom in relation to school culture. Research results serve to realization of classroom climate at each school. The research was led in the sixth grades of each school and standardised questionnaire was used to measure the classroom climate MCI.
