Employee education and development in social enterprises

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of development and education of Czech social enterprise employees and examines how these services are provided. The research set was made of enterprises listed in the Social Entrepreneurship Directory, which declare their social mission. In the form of a questionnaire survey, it was investigated how the educational process in the enterprise proceeds from the planning, design to implementation and subsequent evaluation of educational activities. The research results show that social enterprises educate their employees, but in most enterprises it is a relatively unsystematic process, with reserves mainly on the theoretical and methodological side, which is mainly hampered by lack of funds and lack of time space. However, in the jungle of social entrepreneurship, there are clear exceptions that, despite all the obstacles, provide their staff with quality education services and care for their development. Analysis of system of further education for teachers

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of system of further education for teachers at primary school. The theoretical part of thesis explains the basic concepts related to the profession of teachers and their further education. The next part provides an overview of the development of further education of teachers in the Czech Republic. The last part of the theoretical section deals with the system of further education for teachers and its components. In the empirical part of the thesis are presented the results of own research. The research was realized by the analysis of documents and interview with the deputy headmaster. In the end, the data analyzed from empirical research are compared with theoretical assumptions. Analysis of Education Needs in the Organization (Employment Office in Jičín)

The master thesis deals with education in the organization belong to public administration. Nowadays education is one of the most important field in every organization and every organization should pay attention it. The goal of the master tehesis is analysis of education needs and charted present situation of aducation system in Employment Office in Jičín. In term of carried out research among employees are suggested solutions of found out problems. It is taken into account ideas of both management of the Employment Office and employees, who are concerned in education courses. The master thesis is devided in three parts. The first part describes theoretical resources relative to education of employees, another part attends to methodology (goals, methods and research sample) and the last part tries to find out concreate solution of discoverd problems.
