Title: Attitudes and knowledge of lacrosse between students of University of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Accounting and Charles University, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Objectives: This bachelor thesis compares the attitudes and knowledge of lacrosse between students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University and Faculty of Finance and Accounting at University of Economics, pursuant the quantitative questionnaire. The main motive of this theme is the problem of todays'Czech lacrosse scene, where lacrosse is not so popular sport like in North America. The objective of this work is to provide a brief insight into the lacrosse scene, compare the knowledge of lacrosse between college students and find out their attitude to this sport. Based on questionnaire are proposed measures to increase the visibility of this unconventional and promising sport. Methods: This work is based on method of quantitative research, that compares the knowledge and attitudes of lacrosse in a extensive sample of respondents. Data are collected using a questionnaire, which support this bachelor thesis.
