Deployment of electric taxi in real traffic

This master´s thesis is focused on now being developed electric taxi system, which is going to be used for aircraft´s ground movement. The content of this work includes description of this system, requirements and developed solutions, next part describes and evaluate the consequences of deployment such system in real traffic.

Electromechanical drive systems in machine tools

This bachelor thesis deals with a description of electromechanical drive system components. The electromechanical system construct is defined in the introduction part. Motors, transmissions, shaft coupling types in use as well as the ball screw types in use are individually described in the next part of the thesis. Manufacturer representatives on Czech market are stated for each of the parts. An example of electromechanical drive system calculation is included in the last part of the thesis.

The Production of the Components on the Press Brake Machine

The project elaborated overview of the production technology of the components on the press brake machines. It is based on study of theoretical pricniples in literature and modern practical instances as added value. It discussed about bending technology in general, about its priciple and parameters. Then there is overview of most used methods of bending at press brake. bending tools, its process of production and tool clamping. The main emphasis is placed on press brake machines. There are discussed the main types of machines, structure of machine and last but not least there are presented selected world manufaturers of press brake machines. For a better idea there is showed production of particular component in manufacturing plant in the end. Acquisition of the project is in simple description of press bending technology and way of work on press brake machines. The useful trasfer may be for example to education.

Function block for Simatic, Sinamics devices applied in position applications

The objective of this Bachelor's thesis was to make a series of function blocks and functions which would establish a communication between the programmable logic controller (PLC) Siemens S7-300 and the drive system Siemens Sinamics S120 through Profinet or Profibus and datagrams. The function blocks adjust the datagram parameters through which we can control motors connected to a drive system. The functions were made for easy and fast control of the basic motor operations (startup, shutdown, etc.) . The thesis includes a definition of a used software, hardware and the algorithms of the function blocks and functions.
