The object of this work is the preparation of project documentation for the family house. This is a two-storey brick building with partial basement, which is situated in a sloping terrain. Roofing over the 2nd floor is done by a shed roof and over part of 1st floor is done by flat roof, which is used as a terrace. In the basement is a garage for two cars. The building is designed in the system KM Beta SENDWIX M. Layout solution provides comfortable living for 4-5 member family.

Thesis describes the design layout and processing of project documentation for execution residential house with one housing squad on sloping allotment number 140/12 in catastral of the Vohančice. It is an object for family housing of four members with accomodation possibility for two guests. This object have one underground storey, two aboveground storey with flat roof and terrace in second aboveground storey and entrance to garden from first aboveground storey. Documentation includes an assessment of the building envelope and classification using the label, as well as fire safety of building. Theoretical part of this thesis i solving problems with proposing of the stairs.
TWO-GENERATION DETACHED HOUSE

This is a detached two-generation house in a partially built-up area. The building is situated in the village of Kobylnice, that lies approximately 15 km south-east from Brno. The building has two floors without cellar. Ground floor dwelling unit is meant for a family with two childern. There is entrance hall with dressing room, WC, bathroom, parents´ bedroom, bedroom for childern, living room with study and kitchen with dining room. There is also ground-level terrace accessable from childern´s room and kitchen with dining room. Second floor dwelling unit is meant for a married couple. There is entrance hall and staircase, room for household choirs with dressing room, WC, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, pantry and terrace. There is also a common garage with parking space for two cars. The house is based on strips made of plain concrete and is built of the Porotherm building system. Skillion roof is pitched with an inclination of 7°. Roofing tile is standing seam sheet steel Lindab Click. Built-up area is 228,4 m2. There is also included a seminar paper on the topic: Structures of roof cladding for various kinds of roofs according to ČSN 73 1901.

This Bachelor thesis solves the new building detached house in the new emerging area Bezrucova at the south end of town Polička. House has two floors. The structural systém consists of a clay block with integrated polystyrene HELUZ and clay precast floor slab HELUZ. The building roofed with a two warm flat roofs at different height levels. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, office, sanitary facilities and a double garage. On the second floor there are three rooms, bedrooms, dressing room, utility room and sanitary facilities. House is connected to the local road.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design documentation of family home in Zadní Arnoštov in the Svitavy district. The three-storeyed building with basement is situated on a predominantly level land in a residential area of family homes and is designed for a four to six member family. The load bearing structures are made of a transverse wall system. Walls and ceilings are built using the Wienerberger Porotherm system. The roof structure creates two flat roofs. The family home comprises five rooms. An integral part of the project is a two-car garage.
House on a Sloping Building Site

The subject of my bachelor´s thesis is to design a house on a sloping building site at a level of project documentation for the buidilng realization. The building object is located in the village of Velke Porici and designed for a family of four. The building has a basement with a one above-ground floor with a wall construction system of brick blocks. Foundation of the house is done on the strip foundations and the house is covered with a flat roof. Entry to the house is solved trough the above-ground floor where there is a rest area. In the basement spaces is a daily part of the house. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.
Family house with a veterinary surgery

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a newly built detached, two-storey, not- basement, house with an establishment - with a veterinary surgery. To the main two-storey residential part of the building, designed for a family of four adjoins single-storey double garage leading into vestibule of the living area and separate functional establishment veterinary surgery. The main vertical structures are made of porous concrete blocks, ceiling structures are reinforced concrete, flat roofs. Simple cubic structuring and large glass surfaces give the object neofunctionalist expression.
Annex of the parish office and the community building toward the church in Brno-Líšeň

The final thesis is focused on the annex of complex of mixed-use buildings toward the church in Brno-Lisen. A pair of buildings consists of a one-storey Building a community of Salesians and two-storey building with parish office. The group of buildings is located on the southern slope in the housing estate of a block of flats from the 80s. Objects vertically copy a curve of the slope and is increasing to the dominant church building. Block of buildings are adjacent by shorter side to the church building and form a small enclosed courtyard inside. The buildings are designed at brick ceramic blocks, buildings are withnout cellar, with flat green roof. Living rooms are located on the southern facade, the north is reserved for corridors. The entrance to the courtyard is connected to the existing service road. Pedestrian approach builds on the existing surrounding landscaping.
