The aim of the work was to design a crossing of the VRT South Moravia with the conventional line of the railway siding Pohořelice - Vranovice. Furthermore, to model the crossing in 3D, which serves as a preparation for BIM. The beginning of the section of the designed siding is located on the outskirts of the village of Vranovice and the end of the section near the village of Přibice. The solution is proposed in 2 variants, which were then compared with the possibility of complete cancellation of the railway siding.

Therefore, the main task is to introduce and implement this solution in the form of a document library that will be assigned to each project page, as well as an approval process over the documents, a report to track the status and communicate this change to the IT organization at Garrett Advancing Motion. The theoretical background of the thesis such as project management and information technology to support project management is described at the beginning of the thesis. Based on these concepts, an analysis of the company, the actual design of the solution and an evaluation is then carried out.

Rehabilitation nursing at the surgical department
RŮŽIČKOVÁ, Monika
This diploma thesis deals with the problem of rehabilitation nursing in surgical wards. The aim of the research was to find out whether nurses are perceived as part of a multidisciplinary team for rehabilitation care, also to what extent the documentation of rehabilitation care is effective, finally the investigation involved the patients experiences of the nurses involvement in rehabilitation care. The empirical part of the thesis was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method data collection was carried out using a standardized questionnaire consisting of seventeen questions for nurse practitioners, general nurses and nurses with a masters degree, from selected surgical wards. For the qualitative method, semi-structured interview technique was chosen and was conducted with patients from trauma and orthopedic intensive care units. Information from the interviews were coded and four categories were based on the analysis. The interviews were analyzed using the "pencil and paper method". The selection of informants was deliberate. The informants were from the Hospital České Budějovice within a maximum period after surgery being fourteen. The results of the quantitative research showed that there were communication gaps in the multidisciplinary team. Thus, the possible risk of errors by staff is increased, where patients may be harmed. Another bit of findings, based on the documentation, showed that nurses perceive the implementation of rehabilitation interventions as more of an evidence of improvement in the patient's condition than as unnecessary workload. Furthermore, as is statistically demonstrated in the third hypothesis, we found that nurses provide rehabilitation treatment based on the input of other health care professionals rather than from their own initiative. In the questionnaire survey, nurses most frequently reported that their physician encouraged them to provide rehabilitation treatment. In the qualitative research part of the thesis, we mapped patients' experiences with nurses' involvement in rehabilitation treatment. The interview revealed that the informants had difficulty distinguishing between the terms rehabilitation treatment and physiotherapy. What we also learned was that most informants are satisfied with the communication between them and the nurse staff, which is necessary in promoting self-sufficiency. The interview also showed that none of the patients were educated in the preoperative period and about self-sufficiency training or verticalization. Another insufficiency, which was found through the research was in the area of education about respiratory rehabilitation, where informants showed gaps in information about prevention of complications. The informants had positive responses in the area of pain reduction in rehabilitation treatment. It is evident from the responses that nurses pay attention to analgesic treatment of patients during rehabilitation treatment. Finally, we asked informants about compensatory aids. As a result, informants from orthopedic wards were better informed about compensatory aids than informants from trauma wards. This is probably due to longer preoperative preparation. Through the analysis of the empirical part of the thesis, it is obvious that although the nursing care in the selected wards is of a high standard, there are obvious deficiencies in rehabilitation care. Therefore, the results could be helpful in order to focus on the problems in rehabilitation care. This could help facilitate the actions of management and medical staff in the selected surgical wards to improve the quality of nursing care.
Perception of patient privacy
HOFREITEROVÁ, Anna
The bachelor's thesis dealt with the issue of patient privacy in hospital facilities. The aim of this work was to find out how patients hospitalized in the inpatient ward perceive privacy, how nurses perceived patient privacy and in what ways nurses ensured the privacy of patients in the inpatient ward. Three research questions were set to investigate how patients hospitalized in an inpatient ward perceive privacy. Furthermore, they focused on the nurses' view of the perception of patient privacy and the ways in which nurses ensure the privacy of patients hospitalized in the inpatient ward. In the theoretical part, the work defines basic terms related to patient privacy, such as the duty of confidentiality, providing information with the patient's consent, providing information without the patient's consent, patients' rights, medical documentation, human needs and ensuring the privacy of patients during selected nursing procedures. In order to achieve the goal, the qualitative research method, the interview method and the semi-structured interview technique were used for patients hospitalized in the internal inpatient ward and for the nurses caring for these patients, as well as for patients hospitalized in the surgical inpatient ward and for the nurses caring for these patients. The research sample consisted of 6 patients and 5 nurses. The results of the obtained data led to the finding that the nurses had adequate knowledge regarding the issue of dealing with sensitive patient information. Nurses had adequate knowledge of procedures to protect patient privacy, although not all nurses used these procedures in practice. The research investigation further revealed that patients hospitalized in inpatient wards often did not think about their own privacy in the hospital environment, and the issue of privacy was a problematic and difficult topic for them to talk about. If the management of the investigated hospital is interested in the results of the investigation, they will be provided with them.

Multifunctional building Brno - Líšeň
Rudolecká, Anna ; Fišer, Jiří (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis examines the creation of individual stages of project documentation to the study of the new building from subject AG035. The project deals with the new multifunctional house located in the district Lisen on the plot of land p. No. 4418/1 in the cadastral territory of Brno. The plat is situated on a sloping terrain. The project takes into account solving of surrounding areas as well, particularly in front of the area and connection to the public transport infrastructure. The mass of the object consists of four large blocks. Two of them are double-storey and two are single-storey. Blocks are interconnected by a glass tunnel, set on a symbolic pedestal. The pedestal is formed from two recessed floors of underground parking. The object is four-storey with two overground floors, which are mostly commercialized in the form of lettable spaces (e. g. for business, services, administration, etc.). Another part of the floors is used for technical and hygienic facilities. Two underground floors can be used by employees and visitors for car parking. Access to these floors is provided by a car lift, personal lifts and two stairs that connect all floors. The principle of the draft consists in the intention to place the mass of the building in the environment in the most sensitive way, so that the building doesn't act heavily, such as the surrounding settlement, but naturally follows the surrounding two-storey houses. That was achieved by the material solution of the above-ground floors. Five materials prevail in the exterior. Extensive vegetative roof, face concrete, two types of fitted facades (DuPontTM Corian® facade panels + glass panels with a sign symbolizing the crowns of trees and shrubs; other types of facade are vertical metal lamellae). Another predominant material is glass, which is used for the interconnection tunnel and the north and south facade.
