Heating of the Kindergarten

This thesis deals with a theoretic description of underfloor heating system, its parameters and describes a design of ventilation used in school buildings. The aim of its practical part is a design of a heating system for kindergarten building, a system of hot water distribution, heat sources and forced ventilation for chosen rooms. The heating system combines radiators and underfloor heating. Calculations are based on thermal performance of each room.

Bacelor thesis attends to heating concept for kindergarten. The teoretical part deals with building ventilation issue for school unit and comfortable environment. It describes heater distribution in terms of heat trasnfer and end component units. In conclusion, variants of heat source for heating are characterized. Computational part contains heating design for each room in combination with heater and hot water underfloor heating. It also solves hot water exchanger calculation for forced vantilation of specific rooms. There is heat source design, hot water production and other required devices for system, which is part of calculations as well.

The calculation part contains the design of heating the building using hot-water underfloor heating. Further solves the calculation of hot water exchanger for forced ventilation of selected rooms. The air-water heat pump is designed as the heat source. Part of the calculations is also the preparation of hot water and all the necesary equipment of the system. Kindergarten is designed as a nearly zero-energy building.
