Quality assurance in engineering production
Novák, Adam ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is quality assurance in engineering production. The aim of the thesis is to reduce the number of non-conforming pieces of actuator production by applying quality management tools and determining recommendations for solving the problem. The research part describes the system, basic concepts and basic tools of quality management. In the practical part, the cooperating company, the actuator production process and the production quality indicators are presented. Then, the application of the tools to the data obtained from the production for one month is carried out.
Management risks of industrial production in a company
Olbrichová, Jana ; Měcháčková, Eva (referee) ; Milichovský, František (advisor)
The purpose of my diploma thesis is to define risk management in manufacturing process of particular company. The thesis is composed of two main parts. First theoretical part defines basic terminology such as risk, examples of risk breakdown and procedures for evaluation of manufacturing process. Second practical part defines particular company, provides detail description of the manufacturing process together with risk analysis. The aim of the diploma thesis is to designate the most risky factors based on performed analysis and propose actions to their elimination.
Improvement of organization QMS through DMAIC application
Husák, Adam ; Koška, Petr (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
The aim of this master´s thesis is to design an action to improve of selected process Design and development through DMAIC application. The thesis is focused on identifying the problem, finding the cause and following design of improves leading to eliminate problems. This improves will enable the company to achieve time savings during the process and reduce a risk of orders. Result of this is effective operation in the process.
Proposal for the Manufacturing Process with Focusing on Elimination of Unnecessary Control Activities
Raiskupová, Dagmar ; Budinszky, Csaba (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The thesis deals with a proposal to change the production process by eliminating the redundant control activities. The first part of the thesis presents various possible theoretical approaches for this issue. It is followed by familiarisation with the concerned production company. The second part is the analytical part where the carried out activities of a particular automotive production unit are identified. These control activities are investigated and then either omitted or authorized. Finally the root causes for the fact that those activities have not already been eliminated are found.

This thesis is dealing with the issue of risk management during order processing in manufacturing company, which is focused on textile production. Introduction of thesis is presenting theroretical basis. Practical part of the thesis is dealing with company introduction organizational structure of the body, product range, order progressing, OSH policy and environmental policy. Tools chosen for risk assessment techniques - analysis of the causes and consequences (Ishikawa diagram), analysis of possible errors and their consequences (FMEA) and the Pareto chart. The thesis aims to analyze the risks and for the most significant risks to process proposals for their elimination.

Possibilities of improving the quality of services in fitness centres
Marečková, Edita ; Hůlová, Marie (advisor) ; Chvojková, Helena (referee)
The main goal of this thesis is to propose possible solutions for improving the quality of services in a chosen fitness centre. The thesis contains theoretical principles from the area of quality of services management, enumeration of demands for quality of services from customers'view, characteristic of fitness centres including the history of fitness and the description of services provided in a fitness centre. The practical part is focused on a concrete fitness centre where a survey on satisfaction of customers was made. Proposals for improving the quality of services and satisfaction of customers in this fitness centre results from the survey.
