This bachelor´s thesis describes the desgine of detached house with design room in Bohumín. It is a building with partial basement and with two above-ground floors. The land is almost flat and is located in built-up area of the village. House is designed for four member family. The building is designed of strustural systém of ceramic block Porotherm and the ceilings are from monolithic. The roof above the first floor is designed as a flat vegetation roof and above the second floor is designed as a flat roof. The project was designed according to the required standards and includes project documentation for the construction.

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a detached house with design office. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots number 1926/5 and 1926/6 in Rudíkov. The detached house is without basement, consists of two floors. The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate building units – residental and commercial. The building is designed from system KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop is shed roof with slope of 14°, there is designed a flat roof at the commercial part of the building.

The thesis is focused on planning a new house with an office with its own entrance. Ground plan consists of two mutually adjacent rectangles. The object includes two above ground floors with partial basement. The basement provides garage for two cars. The house is covered with a flat roof. The garage is designed to be covered with vegetative roof. Two terraces are designed for the building. The building is designed in the walling structural systém Heluz Plus 30.
