Forced migration from Chechnya in a time of Chechen wars

This master thesis deals with a study of forced migration from the Chechen republic during Chechen wars in 1996-2002. The aim of the paper is to contribute to the study of migration strategies of refugees from Chechnya. This qualitative study attempts to grasp the complexity of forced migration process and to depict it from the perspective of refugees. It explores motives and strategies of mobility of the Chechen refugees now living in Russia and Austria and of those refugees, who have returned to Chechnya after the war was over. The impact of this armed conflict on population mobility was examined with a qualitative research of sixteen refugees, who had left Chechnya because of the war. The results of the research show the link between refugee's age and likelihood of return, differences in decision-making of Chechen and Russian refugees, and the strong influence of the social networks on the decision-making and after arrival at destination. Operations and services of Václav Havel Airpot: The Master´s thesis derals with operations and services of the largest and busiest airport in the Czech Republic, situated in its capital city. The main goals of the thesis are a detailed description of the services the airport offers to travellers and an evaluation of the airport´s operations with regards to its 2016 record season. The theoretical section of the thesis deals with the airport´s history, its premises and its range of operations and services. The analytical section aims to map which of tis services are most widely used with regards to travellerś gender and age.
Marketing communication of the destination Krkonoše Mountains

The aim is to analyze all communication activities destination Mountains . The first part is devoted to marketing communications, marketing mix, destination and its typology. Provides an overview of communication tools and their basic characteristics. The second part of the presentation of the destinations Krkonoše Mountains , their geographical location , natural conditions, historical development, administrative breakdown and analysis of the potential for development of tourism in the mountains. Furthermore, this section discusses current marketing communication tools and activities Krkonoše " Krkonoše of municipal -bond" its projects and financing . The second part of the results of its own investigation. In the third part outlines the product called " Labe (Elbe ) " , with the possibility to expand marketing communications within the international tourism market. The fourth section is devoted to the end, where I summarize the analysis , case studies and evaluation findings throughout the work
The comparison of accommodation facilities in two selected destinations

This thesis analyzes the conditions for providing services in the destination Českokrumlovsko and Lipensko, then process control and hard and soft factors in the management of the accommodation facilities in selected areas. First part of this work contains the objectives and the methodology of work, after the bibliographic search, in which is explained the concept of tourism, accommodation and food services, leisure time, destination and an outline of the organizations involved in tourism. Than follow own work, where are characterized selected destination, comparison accommodation services in these areas in terms of number, category, bed capacity and ancillary services. Next chapter is devoted to evaluation of questionnaire on which basis, field investigations and personal experience was selected accommodation as an example of good practice for others and with owners made author controlled interviews. At the end of the work is given the possibility of support from EU funds.
The role of travel agents in tourism development in South County

The thesis analyzes QUICKTOUR travel agency . The analysis was focused on the promotion strategy, discounts , and especially the knowledge of product portfolio, a travel agency. The paper presents trends in tourism , which are reflected in the recommendation for a travel agency . Further work is part of the field investigation , which focused on general awareness of the travel office and also whether residents used the services of travel agencies. He was then designed a product that tries to thoroughly exploit the potential of tourism in South Bohemia. The product is designed for foreign clients and is focused on incoming - incoming tourism . Finally recommendations were designed for a travel agency , which should motivate new potential clients to visit a travel agency.
