Over indebtedness of Czech households, its impacts and the ways of its prevention

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the over-indebtedness of Czech households, its impacts and prevention methods. There are theories of education and consumerist society theories applied as basic theoretical concepts. The thesis analyses the scope and the over- indebtedness ways in the Czech Republic, it describes the causes and the implications of over- indebtedness of households and possibilities or over-indebtedness solution via the form of the debt relief. One of the possibilities how to prevent the over-indebtedness is to increase the financial literacy. The publically political tool used by the state is the financial education within the primary and secondary school systems. There was carried out a research in a particular family struggling with the over-indebtedness within this thesis. There was described the indebtedness origin and the development, the subsequent over-indebtedness and the way how to solve it. It was also described how the education for management of family finances was carried out, what the educational level of the married couple is and what the financial literacy level is. Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for Improvements

The bachelor thesis emphasizes on the goal of the evaluation of the financial situation of the company in the years 2015 to 2019. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains theory resources including explanation of terms and methods of individual indicators that are used for evaluation of financial situation. The second part is practical part, in which is introduced the company and the methods from first part are here apllied. The third part containts suggestions for its potential improvement.

The purpose of this bachelor‘s thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation in the selected company in the period from 2014 to 2018 and proposals to its improvements. The theoretical part defines concepths of financial analysis and financial ratios. The practical part puts methods from the previous part in use and calculates individual financial ratios. The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the selected company.

Financial analysis of the company

This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of an industrial company which manufactures plastic and metal components. The thesis is aimed at the objectives and the subject of financial analysis, the source of information for users, users of financial analysis as well as is focused on assessing trends and structures, phases and methods for processing financial analysis. The part of thesis refers to the period 2011 to 2015 and introduces the company Beta Ltd. Further the work elaborates the financial situation of the company, which uses financial statement and annual reports of the company. The financial analysis is applied by indicators and methods of financial analysis. The bachelor thesis summarizes and evaluates all of the results of the financial analysis of the company and elaborates suggestions to improve the financial situation and inefficiency of the company.

The company efficiency and its evaluation

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the company performance and its evaluation. The analysis was performed in the company ABC Trepka, s. r. o., whose main activities are internal dry construction. The analysis of the company's efficiency was conducted on a base of the ratio indicators. In this thesis is mainly used for parallel indicators, namely: profitability ratios, activity ratios, debt ratios and liquidity indicators. The analysis also includes: bankruptcy and reliability indicators, Du Pont analysis. The results were compared with the recommended values.
