The bachelor thesis deals with characteristics of employee´s benefits with respect to the accounting and tax aspects according to the current law. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current system of employee´s benefits in the selected company. Based on the questionnaire survey it identifies the satisfaction of employees with the current system of employee´s benefits. To make employees satisfaction it suggests changes and described supposed contributions.

Práce popisuje problematiku vstupu do podnikání se zaměřením na vliv zdanění. Zkoumá, jak existence a způsob zdanění může ovlivnit jednotlivé fáze zakládání podniku, jakými jsou například volba činnosti, právní formy nebo volba velikosti podniku, ale i samotná fáze rozhodování, zda začít či nezačít podnikat. Práce dále charakterizuje daňové prostředí v České republice, a to jak obecně, tak i v mezinárodním srovnání, především se sousedními zeměmi, které jsou našimi největšími konkurenty.
