The business environment of Spain

The theme of this bachelor´s thesis deals with the business environment of Spain. The aim is to analyze main aspects of business environment according to the PEST analysis methodology and based on this analysis then identify its basic advantages and disadvantages. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes methodology of analysis that is used for identify business environment. The second chapter focuses on information about Spain, on historical and economic developments of the country, on the political and social-cultural area. The third chapter is devoted to individual interviews with the representative of the agency Czechtrade and with the manager of the company USSPA. The bachelor´s thesis then should provide comprehensive information to entrepreneurs considering the development of their business activities in the Spanish market.
Specifics of business negotiations in China

This thesis aims to provide complex view of business negotiations with Chinese partners, particularly with regard to intercultural differences and characteristics of business protocol. The thesis is divided into four chapters, focused on China as a territory, distinctions in culture and business, as well as selected business dealings between Czech and Chinese company. Knowledge of Chinese "game rules" and sufficient preparation are two essential preconditions for long-term success in the Chinese scene.
Culture specifics of Taiwan

This bachelor thesis describes business and culture specifics of Taiwan and compares them with other cultures, especially with Czech culture. The aim of this thesis is to align Taiwanese culture with western one, show the culture differences and make business meetings with Taiwan easier. Research task analyses culture differences between Taiwan and Czech Republic, because they are crucial for the cultivation of Czech-Taiwanese business cooperation. First chapter presents basic characteristics of Taiwan, the second one focuses on international trade of Taiwan, mainly with Czech Republic. Following chapter describes culture specifics that were defined by G. Hofstede and there are also mentioned in the context of business dealing. In the end, this thesis provides my own experience that I gained in Taiwan. The thesis offers basic overview of Taiwanese culture with stress on culture differences and its influence on business dealing.
The business environment in the USA from the perspective of Czech companies

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is analysis of the business environment in United States of America and the goal is to provide information to entrepreneurs, who would like to expand to the US market. In first chapter I define the term business environment and how its quality can be measured. In second chapter I analyze the business environment in the USA using the PEST analysis. In third chapter I describe culture specifics of American culture. The methods I used were PEST analysis and interviews.

The aim is to analyze main aspects of current US business environment according to the PEST analysis methodology and based on this analysis then identify its basic advantages and disadvantages. The paper then should provide comprehensive information to entrepreneurs considering the development of their business activities in the US market. To achieve the goal the thesis is divided into four chapters.
Corporate environment, business and culture specifics of India with a view to corporation ArcelorMittal

The main aim of this bachelor's work is to provide theoretical information about business dealing in this Asian country, and in addition to compare the Indian culture with the Czech (in general west-european) one. These conclusions are used to characterize the Indian society, entrepreneurial environment and existing cooperation in international trade and firms in the private sector. The chief part of the work includes the concrete analysis of ArcelorMittal's entry to the Czech market and their activitity here. The last part deals with the actual situation in the company, predicts trends in steel industry during the global financial crisis and discusses the query, if ArcelorMittal is a typical Indian company, or if it is significantly influenced by the globalization.
