Economic Evaluation of Project Carried out on Municipal Level

This bachelor thesis described an economic evaluation of a public investment project which was implemented at the municipal level. The theoretical part focused on induction to the problem by explanation of basic concepts, presentation of various possible methods for evaluation of public projects, and overview of possible ways to finance the project at the municipal level. The practical part evolved a case study which examined an economic evaluation of ‘sokolovna‘ reconstruction in a village ‘Kobylí‘, followed by determination of requirements to gain critical variables efficiency and critical input values from the investor's point of view.

This bachelor thesis focuses on assessment of economics indicators in selected company using statistical methods. Theoretical part included issues of economics indicators, regression analysis and time series. Analytic part deals with processing of calculated values and detects risk indicators with help of Microsoft excel. The last part contains suggestions of improve, which should eliminate critical values and achieve better results in future business activities of company K.M.O. Slovakia s.r.o..

Matematické aspekty Van der Waalsovy rovnice

The thesis deals with cubic equations and their application in physics. The first part clarifies some basic terms, which are then used in the following chapter, which is focused on solving the cubic equations using analytical and numerical methods. The third part of the thesis presents the Van der Waals equation, shows the possibilities of calculating the critical values of the pressure, the thermodynamic temperature and the molar volume, as well as the creation of a p-v diagram using a computer. The last part of the thesis is focused on a teaching unit draft on the thesis topic using the concept of STEM. The last part also presents interesting curves on the thermodynamic surface and shows the advantages of the STEM approach.

Praktické rozdíly při ocenění podniku tržní hodnotou, value in use a pro cenové jednání

This thesis aims to explain the basic characteristics of valuation method in practice use. The first chapter is about basic character of each method of valuation and factors which influence its applicability. The second chapter mentions estimation of market value/appraisal, includes affecting factors. Then, the third and fourth parts aim to comparing these appraisals (market. vs. price bargaining, subjective and objective, complex appraisal) and price formation for price bargaining in the Czech a EU market. Chain of model facets in appraisal is demonstrated by fair example in the fifth part. Mainly prefeasibility appraisal and bargaining based on the categories of value are followed. These entire complexes comparing of advantages and disadvantages of each category of value with a focus on valuation methods, in particular the consequences of their use are gone to conclusion of my thesis. At the very end of the thesis there are the main points of practical differences and their benefits to it and their contributions summarized.
