The practical part of my thesis focuses on the analysis of consumer and mortgage loan offers using four potential clients as examples. The potential clients are then distinguished by their monthly income and divided into four groups based on their creditworthiness. These four loan applications are analyzed with particular attention being paid to the impact of the conditions provided on credit products from banking institutions on the potential clients´ earnings.
