SinuTrain 4.7 tools for programming of CNC machines

This master's thesis is about the possibilities of NC programming of car wheel hub component in software SinuTrain 4.7. The theoretical part is focused on the integration of the SINUMERIK 840D control system with other control systems, it contains informations about basic methods of NC programming and research relate to the field of materials used for the production of component. The practical part of the thesis includes the design and processing of technical documentation of the component, production technology and NC program. The output of this thesis is practical verified the function of the NC program by simulation in software SinuTrain 4.7.

This bachelor thesis is about the system of direct injection petrol engines within cars. The first chapter is designated to the history of the direct injection petrol system and the development of different concepts. The thesis then concentrates on the mixing of air with fuel and describes the injection system in detail. Within the content of my work is a list of specific engines, using the direct injection system. The last chapter is devoted to the future development of direct injection petrol system and those with the compression-ignition system.
Design of control system of two wheels mobile robot

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design control system of a two-wheel mobile robot and to subsequently implement this system using available sensor devices and National Instruments’ Single-Board RIO platform. The introduction briefly describes the general issue of two-wheel mobile robots as inverted pendulums, followed by an overview of several existing solutions to this problem. The following describes used robot including description of its parts and its mathematical model. Then the main part of the work follows, which is design of the sensory and control system. At the end of the thesis, the implementation is described along with evaluation of the stabilization system results.

The introductory part of the thesis focuses on the basic terms used for control of CNC machine tools and a detailed description of the Heidenhain control system. The practical part is devoted to the description of general principles for composing functional programs for the CNC milling machine and a summary of all the findings of this subject. A methodical manual that can be used as teaching material can be found in the last part of the thesis.
