Proposal of Communication Mix of the Selected Organisation

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a communication mix for a selected organization. In the first part of the work, the theoretical starting points are explained. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the organization's communication mix and the analysis of selected elements of the organization's microenvironment and macroenvironment. In the third part of the thesis, proposals for improving selected elements of the communication mix are presented, a time schedule is created and the financial demands of this change are outlined.

Issues of Contributory Organization Taxation

This thesis deals with the issue of taxation of a contributory organization with emphasis on corporate income tax and road tax. The aim is to analyse specific areas of taxation on the example of a particular contributory organisation in order to identify possible errors and to determine possible recommendations. It also analyses the management of the contributory organisation, which is the main basis for determining the tax liability. The analysis focuses in particular on core and non-core activities, including the system of keying overheads. Subsequently, the methodological procedure for the determination of corporate income tax and road tax is elaborated, demonstrating the main differences or problematic areas compared to business entities. On the basis of the case study, problematic areas within the taxation of contributory organisations were synthesised, e.g. tax depreciation, calculation of road tax, provability of tax deduction. These areas are also supported by the recommendations made in the area of recording the tax deduction profiled, the creation of a supplement to the property directive or the introduction of subcentres for other ancillary activities. The work also provides feedback on the efficiency of the organisation's performance through autarky and profitability indicators, working with the possible withdrawal of the activity performed or the impact of the increase in prices for services in other complementary activities on the economic result and income tax is calculated.

Ekonomická analýza hospodaření Městských lesů Znojmo, p. o.

The diploma thesis deals with the economic analysis of the contributory organization Městské lesy Znojmo for the reference period of 2015-2019. The main objective was to evaluate the management of the organization. First of all, knowledge about contributory organizations and financial analysis of a municipal organisation was defined by using of literary sources. Then by using of knowledge was worked out the economic analysis with using elementary characteristics of time series. Data from publicly available materials and data from internal materials were used. Partial indicators and synthetic indicators of the financial analysis of the municipal organisation were applied. The last part of the thesis contains an evaluation of the economic situation of the organization and suggestions for improving management.

Financing of secondary school established by the region

The thesis deals with financing of secondary schools established by the individual regions of the Czech Republic. In the introduction, It addresses the development of finanancing education in the Czech Republic. Education as a public good and its importance for the development of human resources and thus the state economy. The secondary schools are financed from public resources of the state and local governments. The thesis deals with the development in the Pilsen region, the list of sources and the amount of finance. Part of the thesis is assessment of financing and management of the Secondary Agricultural and Food School in Klatovy during the past 5 years. How the amount of resources changed in the individual years after the reform of the financing of regional education in the Czech Republic.

Social Worker´s Role in a Comprehensive Care for Autistic People

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the role of a social worker in a complex care of autistic people. The main goal of the thesis is to describe some methods, techniques and attitudes used in a context of social work and the role of a social worker. The intermediate objective is to map some worker´s experience concerning the complex care of autistic people. The role of a social worker within the framework of a multidisciplinary team, some methods, techniques and attitudes used in a complex care of autistic people have been found via the research questions. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. There are defined some basic terms: autism, social worker, social work and a multidisciplinary team in the theoretical part. Autism and its diagnostics is more specified for better understanding. That gives us opportunity to familiarise with the contributory organisation Domov Kopretina Černovice where the research strategy is placed. There are also introduced and described some techniques and methods used in a complex care of autistic people in the theoretical part. The practical part consists of a research using a qualitative research strategy, methods of questioning and semi-structured interview techniques. The research group consists of ten communicative partners who belong to the multidisciplinary team taking care of the autistic children in the contributory organisation Domov Kopretina, Černovice. Within the framework of the research we´ll learn about an educational programme in a special primary school and practical school applying in Domov Kopretina, Černovice. The research has shown that the job description of a social worker consists of social agenda tackling in Domov Kopretina, Černovice. Also the other members of the multidisciplinary team see the role of a social worker in the administrative sphere instead of immediate social care of autistic people. The social worker is also regarded as an important member of the team because he/she has the earliest opportunity to get in touch with the client and consequential coordinated rehabilitation that means the acceptance the client to join the organisation.
