The subject of my diploma thesis is an elaboration a design documentation for a newbuilding of a nursing home. The building will be located on the town part Brno - Bystrc. The building will serve to accommodate seniors and ensure their quality and dignity. The building is designed as a detached house with a oartial cellar and three floors. Part of the building are also garage spaces situated in 1S, accessible by both the elevator and the walkway. The mainentrance is in height level a ground floor. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic. The ceiling structure is made of Spiroll boards due to a larger span between supports. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The staircase is reinforced concrete. When processing, it was given the emphasis on the layout design, architectonic and technical arrangements and on a safe usage of the building. The drawing documentation os processed in the AutoCAD programme.
Apartment building

The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment building in the town of Nový Jičín. It is an object with three above-ground floors and a partial basement. The vertical supporting structures are designed from clay masonry, in the basement of the permanent concrete formwork. The object will be covered with a flat roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
High standard detached house

The theme of this Bachelor´s thesis is the design and production of the project documentation of a high standard detached house in Ostrava – Hrabová. The object is composed of two above-ground floors with partial basement. The House has three parts, the social zone which is situated in the firts floor and partially in the basement, the private zone, situated in the second floor, and the garage. The two car garage is a part of new building. The house will serve as a family house for the family of four. The construction system is formed from a ceramic walling, the ceilings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. There are two flat roofs in the project, the green roof and combined one. The facade is designed as ventilated. The object is situated in a gently sloping plot.
Detached House with Office of Tax Advisor

Bachelors thesis deals with a design of a newly built detached house with office of tax advisor. The building is located in village Lhota u Lísku in Vysočina region. Detached house is designated for four family members, with one ground floor and an attic. Second building is a separated office, serving the owner of the house for his job. In its part is a garage for one personal vehicle and an attached carport for a second one. It is possible to rent the second building or rebuild it in the future. Both buildings are without cellar, roofs are both gabled with concrete roofing. Vertical constructions are designed as clay masonry, horizontal constructions as beams with clay blocks. Roof construction is wooden roof truss in the main house and wooden girders in the office building. Part of baechelors thesis is seminar paper dealing with check of selected details in terms of heat engineering.

The bachelor thesis deals with new building of apartment building in the Sebedražie village. It is a four-storey building. Its bearing system consists of clay masonry and concrete masonry. Ceilings are made from clays parts. On the basement there is a garage, a cellar rooms, a utility room, and a staircase. On the first floor there is a first flat. In the first flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Next, on the first floors is a bicycle room, a kiln-drying, a storage, a cleaning room, the entrance hall and a staircase. In the second floor there is second and third flats. In the second flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the third flat is a hall, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The third floor is the same as second floor.

Brewery

This thesis deals with the design of brewery in Litomyšl. Brewery with beer production 2000hl per year and restaurant for 140 guests and kitchen have the main function of the building. The building is designed as one construction object and its built-up area is 472,2 square meters. The building has a partial basement, two floors and it has structural masonry system. A load-bearing walls of two floors are formed by clay masonry and the load-bearing walls of the basement are formed by permanent formwork. A roof of the building is a flat roof with a slope of 3 percent and the finish is made of modifed bitumen membrane.

External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry in above-ground floor and of permanent formwork at a level below the ground. Floor structure consists of girder and inserts. The staircase is prefabricated. The dominant feature of the building are large glazed area, glazed staircase space and walkable terrace above the garage. The documentation are drawn in AutoCAD program.
