Generation of Price Maps for Real Estate Market

This work deals with implementation of price maps trough the use of map application interface using informations about real estates on Czech market. Google maps API was the chosen map application interface. Main part of implementation is script which gathers informations about real estates by the help of regular expressions and stores them in database. Application allows viewing offers on map, applying filters and displaying them on heat map. Database stores also outdated offers, this allows displaying growth of prices. PHP was used as main programming language for implementation, interaction with user was implemented in javascript.

The variance of the price offer of building land in suburbs of České Budějovice

The topic of my thesis is the variance of the price offer of building land in suburbs of České Budějovice. The aim is the analysis of the building plots prices in municipalities in the České Budějovice surrounding area depending on their availability of transport and civic amenities. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. In the first, theoretical part are explained the concepts related to the valuation of the building lands. The second, practical part deals with the analysis of land prices, availability of transport and civic amenities of the selected municipalities. In the final part of the work is evaluated link between these effects and the price of land.
Analysis of variance of flat prices in Czech Budejovice

The topic of this thesis is to analyze the bid price of apartments in Czech Budejovice and create price map. Literature search here to get familiar with the basic concepts, laws, regulations and valuation methods used in this work. Custom work is focused on introducing solved territories, broken it into separate parts, and for the sites pointing out the factors affecting its price.
