Control and detection of unauthorized disposal of the assets of casinos

This work deals with the control and detection of unauthorized disposal of assets casinos. In line with the main aim of the work is divided into four parts. The first section defines the regulating and regulated agencies, by another name casinos and authorities of state supervision. The following section defines assets and the chosen form of unauthorized disposal of them in casinos, complemented by cases where the perpetrator of casinos is within employees the operators themselves. The third part based on the two previous sections is devoted to the description of controls casinos in practice. Controls are firstly divided into those carried out by managers of casinos and controls exercised by organs of state supervision, and then compared with each other. The comparison two control systems are complemented by a fictional example of a connection to the primary records of casinos on the control protocol. The last part provides the legal framework for the previous sections gaming law system.

The Bachelor thesis discusses the problems of casinos that became an important component of the Gambling Industry in USA in 20th century. The goal of this work is to answer a question if the proclaimed economic goals of the relevant deregulatory bills, which authorized activity of casinos on U. S. territory, were fulfilled or not. On the basis of information from Gambling Commissions, the main positives of regularization process are considered the economic development opportunities, creation of new work positions and increase in revenue to state budgets. These arguments based on opinions of many experts are discussed in this paper. The current research indicates that intended intentions are fulfilled more in the areas of Indian reservations. The casinos working on the commercial basis outside the reservations in the results are not so unambiguous. The overall situation in assessing the impact of casinos on the society faces the problem of inconsistency in procedures a number of authors in determining the negative effects attributed to gambling.
Casinos and gaming halls - impact on economics and society

The Czech Republic is considered to be a country with unnecessarily big amount of casinos and gaming halls. It is examined in this work if it is a reality compared with other European countries, especially with countries having a similar historical development as the Czech Republic have had. In connection with all that the research was intent on investigation if the valid lottery law is a cause of the situation. That is why the Czech lottery law was in comparison with some of countries of the world. Further-more the research finds out what benefits the developed gaming market brings to the economy and what negatives the gaming has. Additionally there are some measures suggested which should keep up economic benefits and lead to a restriction of negatives accompanying a development of gaming.
