FAMILY HOUSE WITH THE SURGERY GENERAL PRACTITIONER

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.
Valuation of golf courses with verification of application possibilities Naegeliho class method position

Subject of this thesis is the valuation of golf courses with the verification of possible application of Naegeli class method. The solution includes a description of individual objects located on golf courses used for this sport. Application of Naegeli class method will be carried out in both theoretical and practical way. Result will be compared with the use of other conventional valuation methods, eventually estimate as well. According to the achieved results, a standard expert valuation process using Naegeli class method will be proposed.

A comparison of legal regulation of the cadastral in Czech republik and Russian federation

The aim of the thesis is to describe the real estate legislation in selected areas and to summarize the differences between the legal real estate in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. This theme was chosen in order to highlight the diversity of real estate legal institutions in both countries. A common feature of the legislation in both countries is that their skills are performed in a professional manner in accordance with applicable standards and regulations of the country. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of real estate in the Czech Republic. The main resource of law in this field is the Law No. 344/1992 Coll. Cadastre. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of real estate in Russia. The third chapter discusses the changes which currently rules the Land of the Russian Federation passed. The old provisions of the Act are replaced by more modern and the law generally becomes easier. A special feature of the Russian legislation, the institute cadastral engineer, which is entirely devoted in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter describes the specific differences in the area of real estate law in both countries, and the last sixth chapter deals with the future developments in this area of law in both countries
Real estate registers via internet in the EU Countries and in Europe

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to clarify and assort the possibilities of remote Internet access to the land registry in the EU countries and in Europe. Various maturities of countries in Europe offer various ways to facilitate obtaining information from the land registry. Each cadastral portal in this work is evaluated by several specific aspects that are suitable for general guidance and a clear indication of the possible approach. By the first look at the Czech and Slovak Cadastre Portal differences are evident not only in a different form of provided information but also in a different amount of information provided, whereas each has a number of advantages and disadvantages. Top rated cadastral portal with the possibility of remote access via the internet is in this work the land register portal that allows to obtain full-featured information for each individual from row of laity (e.g. buyers of land) and also for individuals, for whom is working with land registers daily work (e.g. real estate brokers) and a personal visit to the land registry office only in office hours completely remove from the daily program.
