Active frequency filter using current mode
Paščinský, Jiří ; Dostál, Tomáš (referee) ; Slezák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this work is design of frequency filter working in current mode. The introduction of the work deals with features and applications of frequency filters. Special attention is paid to the transfer function of the filter. In third chapter different operational modes of electrical circuits and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. Attention is paid to active blocks suitable for circuits working in current mode. There is description of components AD844 and EL2082 which represent current conveyors of the second generation and are used in the designed filter. The last two chapters deal with design of component values of the frequency filter. The designed circuit was simulated in PSpice and the results were compared with measurments. Also sensitivity and tolerance analysis of the filter were performed.
Antialiasing frequency filter
Kocián, Daniel ; Murina, Milan (referee) ; Sedláček, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor´s work deals with a project of the connecting of the antialiasing electronically turnable ARC filter of the low pass of the fifth order with the Butterworth approximation with the adjustable limited frequency FM in the extent 10 kHz – 100 kHz. The theoretical part includes a short summary and a description of constituent blocks of the complete device. Then the problems of the frequency filters are analyzed there. The practical part consists the project of the printed circuilts of all constituent blocks, then the calculation of all circuited components of ARC filter of the type of low pass for all limit frequencies of the filter. The result of the all work is a device which consists of five blocks and its core is the microcotroler ATmega16. For the electronic turnabling of the filter there are used digital potenciometers. The inseparable part is the enclosed CD-ROM which includes all made materials.
Amplfier for a two-way speaker system
Spál, Miroslav ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Koton, Jaroslav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of the low–frequency two- way amplifier, which contains active audio crossover for a division of the signal into two frequency bands using Butterworth approximated filters. In the crossover it is possible to switch between 2nd and 4th order of the filter and change crossover frequency easily using external resistor network on a small printed circuit board. This essay includes design, schematics, simulations, measurements and materials for constructing individual signal stages. Stereo power amplifier TPA3118D2 by Texas Instruments company, which works in class D will supply 8 load – midrange speaker BRB 6“/50/01,8 and a tweeter IRT 10/80/01,8T. Part of this work is also the design and construction of power supplies for crossover and power stage.
