Family house,Brno-Líšeň
Kubík, Jan ; ing.arch.Klvaňa Jiří (referee) ; Eliáš, Luboš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of family house with an establishment - shop and repair tool. The building is located on sloping land, it is brick house and it has two floors and a basement. The roofs are flat. The house is designed for family of four. The entrance is oriented to the northwest and living rooms to the south. The work includes documentation part and drawing part and it is created as an implementing project.
Detached house
Semková, Natália ; Donaťák, Vladislav (referee) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of detached house, designed for permanent living for family of four member. The house is situated in the region Jihomoravský, town Brno – Ivanovice, in cadastral district Ivanovice. The building has two floors. The main vertical supporting construction material is a brick Heluz with Baumit insulation system. The horizontal supporting construction above first floor is from ceiling panels Heluz. The house has a shed roof with 12° inclination. House is without cellar. House has terrace and porch.
Firehouse
Coufalová, Martina ; Závorková, Kateřina (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
The proposed fire station (type JPO II/1) is situated in village Měřín in gently prone terrain. It is brick, non-basement, two-floor structure in operational part. Building contains two rectangles with dimensions – 24,9x17,0 metres in operational part, 18,45x16,1 metres in technical part. The fire station is based on plain concrete foundations and roofed is designed on a single casing roof.
Energy-economic optimization of thermal insulation parameters of modern family houses
Richter, Filip ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Jaroš, Michal (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is to simulate the energy balance of the two new buildings, classic brick buildings and light wood construction. On the basis of these simulations are compared effects of various parameters of insulation including panels for building openings on heat loss, energy efficiency cooling and solar gains. Energy simulations were performed with TRNSYS 16_1.
Multifunctional building
Růžička, Antonín ; Třeštíková, Jana (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
Diploma thesis Multifunctional building is compiled in the form of project documentation. The building is located in Brno, Vinařská street. It´s a building with four overground floors designed primarily to housing and one underground floor, which is mainly used as collective garage. The building will be made from POROTHERM blocks with the mineral heat insulation. The ceilings will be made of reinforced concrete. The building has a single-layer flat roof.
Assessing the effect of the structural design on the value of the structure within its life cycle
Hrdlička, Tomáš ; Korytárová, Jana (referee) ; Schneiderová Heralová, Renáta (referee) ; Cupal, Martin (advisor)
The dissertation focuses on a much-discussed topic in the field of construction of houses and the choice of material base of houses. The research is motivated by the fundamental question of whether wood-based houses (wooden buildings) are cheaper or more expensive than brick-based houses. The two most frequently used material bases are therefore subjected to a series of analyzes, both in terms of acquisition and investment costs, respectively, and in terms of life cycle costs focused to structures. At the same time, attention is paid to other pricesetting factors that significantly affect the investment costs of houses. Based on the analysis of a database containing 1.520 houses, the material base appears to be a variable that has a very small effect on the costs, and this difference can often be overshadowed by other variables such as the size of the family house, the amount of floors, heating, etc. At the same time, the work verifies the relevance of commonly used methods of cost valuation of houses (price indicators, cost method according to the price regulation 441/2013 Coll., as amended) in comparison with investment costs determined on the basis of market data. There was found high deviation. The analysis of selected phases of the life cycle of family houses points to higher costs associated with structures during the entire life cycle of wooden buildings. Specifically, the difference is on average 6.1 %.
